Rooms To Go review: Credit due

on 2/19/26 Rooms to go tried to deliver my order # 42116819 the total was 7,903.44 my chase card was billed 6,492.31 due to credit due from old order living room from 2002 1411.13cr the bedroom is great due to the credit due me on different I asked the store# 204 for a invoice showing amount of credit no invoice as per my request so I put it in dispute on 2/15/26 when to store was told if do not take it out they can not give me the$ amount so on 2/23/26 the dispute was resolved dropped off letters from bank to store and still no credit has been issued in the amount 3,623.24 please look into this mess thank you Chritine Fitzsimmons please respond
