I recently bought a dresser and chest from Unlimited Furniture and was excited to hear that both items were in stock. I had a chat with one of their customer reps who told me that my order would be shipped from North Carolina within two weeks. Since I live in Jacksonville, which is not too far from NC, I was expecting to receive my order soon.

However, two weeks passed and I still hadn't received any updates on my order. I decided to send an email to their customer service team to inquire about the status of my order. To my disappointment, I received a response saying that my items were ready to be picked up, but the manufacturer was experiencing some delays. The customer service rep assured me that they would contact the manufacturer to expedite the process.

The next day, I received a phone call from Unlimited Furniture. The person on the other end of the line informed me that the manufacturer didn't have an estimated date for when my order would be picked up. They also told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for my order to arrive, even though I live 10 hours away from their warehouse.

I was frustrated with the delay and the lack of communication from Unlimited Furniture. However, the customer service rep did have some good news for me. They told me that they had spoken to the manufacturer and that I could cancel my order for a full refund. While I appreciated the gesture, I was disappointed with my overall shopping experience with Unlimited Furniture.

I gotta say, I agree with Sam M's review on Unlimited Furniture. These guys are straight up scammers! I mean, seriously, don't even bother with their fraudulent and illegal practices. I'm just hoping that the NY AG will shut them down before they can do any more damage. I mean, I just hope my CC wasn't also compromised from their lack of professionalism and criminal practices.

This company is a total joke. Their support is just plain lame. First off, they don't even manage their availability of items on their website. So, you order something on sale and what do they do? They wait over a week with no email confirmation and two calls inquiring about the order before telling you that it is not available and there is no ETA on the product. And then, when you revisit the product page, it says in-stock but at a much higher price. What a bunch of crooks!

So, I talked to support and what did they do? They just provided excuses and blamed their IT department. I mean, seriously, what kind of support is that? They didn't even TRY to find an alternative solution... you know... like suggesting another product in the same price range that might work or shipping when the product becomes available. Nope, they just left me hanging.

This company is just plain incompetent and fraudulent with their sale pricing and in-stock claims. I mean, it is illegal for a box store to advertise sales on stock they don't have... Shouldn't it be the same for this internet company, especially since they also have a showroom? I mean, come on, guys, get your act together!

Unlimited Furniture Long Wait and Poor Communication for Lancaster Entertainment Wall from Unlimited Furniture

I gotta say, I ordered a Lancaster Entertainment Wall from Unlimited Furniture back in October 2020 and it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. First off, they hit me up and asked if I still wanted to order because it was back ordered until mid November. I said yeah, sure, and paid up. But then the piece didn't come in when they said it would. Now, I ain't one to complain, especially with COVID causing all sorts of delays, but dang, it was a long wait. I was told it shipped in early December, but I didn't get it until March 27th, 2021. That's a long time to wait, even with all the craziness going on.

To be honest, I was starting to feel like I got scammed. My shipping rep, Dale, stopped communicating with me at some point in January and I wasn't getting any updates. I'd reach out and ask for info, but all I got was vague responses that didn't really ease my worries. It turns out they use Massiano A&O for shipping and that company has a bunch of bad reviews. There was a lot of confusion about the shipping and the delivery window kept changing. The furniture finally arrived on a Friday night at 9:30pm, which was kinda weird, but at that point, I was just happy to get it.

Now, I gotta say, the furniture itself is top-notch. It's high quality and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery drivers were professional and did a great job. So, it wasn't a scam, just really poorly organized logistics and not the most helpful communication. If you're cool with waiting months for a high quality item, then go for it. But if you're looking for something quick and easy, you might wanna look elsewhere.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Group Review: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and No Accountability

I just gotta say, I ain't never been so disappointed in a furniture company before. I ordered a coffee table set from Unlimited Furniture Group and boy was I let down. The furniture came all scratched up and dented, like they didn't even care about the quality of their products. The coffee table was the worst though, the metal base was all messed up and the glass top was wobbling like crazy. And get this, the first time they tried to deliver it, the legs were bent! And the second time, it was still damaged! What kind of company doesn't even check their stuff before sending it out? They said they inspect every box, but I call BS on that.

So, I called customer service right away to report the issue, but they didn't even pick up the phone! I sent them an email with pictures and videos of the damage, but they didn't want to do anything about it. I even talked to the supervisor, Anita, and she blamed it on my floor! Can you believe that? I showed them a video of the table on a leveled surface and they still didn't want to take responsibility for their crappy product. And to top it all off, they want to charge me a restocking fee and shipping costs to return it. What a joke.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and buy your furniture somewhere else. They don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. It's a shame, really.

I recently made a purchase from Unlimited Furniture Group's website for a coffee table. The website stated that it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks, which was a reasonable timeframe for me. The table was also listed as weighing 262 pounds, which was perfect for what I was looking for - a heavy, quality piece.

After a couple of weeks, I noticed that the price of the table had gone down by $250. I contacted the company to see if they could match the new price since my order hadn't been shipped yet. However, they informed me that they would have to charge me a 30% restocking fee to do so. I was confused - how could they charge me a restocking fee if the item hadn't even been shipped yet? And 30% seemed like a steep fee. I decided to wait and not pursue the price match.

As the weeks went by, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication from the company. I reached out to inquire about the status of my order and was told that orders typically go out in 6-8 weeks. Another two weeks passed, and I still hadn't received any updates. The company's "tracking page" was useless - it was just a cartoon picture of some trucks and buildings that never changed for the three months that I waited for my order.

Finally, after almost 12 weeks, the table arrived. The delivery guys were willing to bring it into my apartment, which was a relief since the table was so heavy. However, when they took it out of the box, I was surprised to see that it was much lighter than the 262 pounds that had been listed on the website. The delivery guys estimated that it weighed closer to 60 pounds. I was disappointed to see that the table was basically a plywood box with sheet metal around it that wasn't even adhered to the plywood. It felt cheap and flimsy, not at all like the heavy, quality piece that I had been expecting.

Throughout this entire process, I expressed my concerns to the company, but I never received a satisfactory response. It's clear that they don't care about their customers once they have their money. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from Unlimited Furniture Group to be wary and do their research before making a decision.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Review: Unprofessional and Fraudulent Company with Terrible Customer Service

This company, Unlimited Furniture, is not a good place to purchase from. They are very unprofessional and fraudulent. I had a terrible experience with them when I bought a bed for $2700 with white glove delivery service in March. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but it took almost 2 and a half months. When they finally called to tell me the bed was with the delivery company, they said it had scratches on the legs. I asked them to show me pictures of the scratches and where exactly on the bed the scratches were, but it took them 2 weeks to respond. When they finally did, they told me that the scratches were on the headboard legs and were visible. I didn't want to accept the bed with visible damage, so they tried to bribe me to take the bed for a $500 discount. I told them I would decide once the bed was delivered and assembled to see how bad it looked.

When the bed was finally delivered, it was raining out and the delivery guys were very unprofessional. They didn't have on white gloves or shoe covers and wanted to track mud in my house, so I refused to accept delivery. We rescheduled the delivery, but when they came to re-deliver the bed, it was 80% assembled and wouldn't fit up my stairs. The headboard was welded to the legs, the canopy was already assembled and welded together and huge, and the front board was welded together too. I told Unlimited Furniture that the bed wouldn't fit because it was already assembled, but they said they couldn't give me a refund because I should have checked the dimensions. I checked the dimensions of it fitting in the room, but no one is assuming you're going to send a bed already assembled, and their website clearly says white glove service includes assembly, which means the bed comes unassembled. There was no way to even disassemble the bed because it was welded together. They gave me $1k of my money back for refusing the delivery and kept $1700 (approx 70%) of my money for restocking fee and shipping. Now I am suing them in court for my money back.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. They are crooks and fraudulent. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have numerous complaints with the BBB for issues like this and not refunding customers' money.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Review: Cautionary Tale of Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

This company, Unlimited Furniture, is one that you should be cautious about. My experience with them was not a good one. I ordered an office set from their website in January of 2021, which was supposed to be in stock. However, it has been eight months since I made the purchase, and I still haven't received my furniture, even though I paid the full price in January.

I understand that there may be delays in processing due to COVID, but what happened next was terrible. The delivery company they use is not like a regular delivery company. They don't contact you when the order arrives. Instead, they wait until they have enough customers in your area to set up a route. Then, they send you a note saying that the order is ready for delivery and assign you a delivery date that is best for them. If you are on vacation that day or cannot get off work, too bad for you. They send you to a website that looks like you can pick a date, but you cannot, as the date they selected for you is hardwired. If you cannot make that date, it is very difficult to change, as they say they have no other dates, and they will contact you with a new date in the future (time unspecified).

While I was in Florida around August 3rd, we received an email saying that our delivery would be on August 10. I immediately called the company and asked if we could move the date up while we were still here. They said no. I then asked if we could schedule for September 8. They said yes, and I thought this story was finished.

As it turns out, this was just customer service attempting to get us off the phone. To our surprise, on August 30, we received an email saying that our delivery would be on September 3. I asked what happened to September 8, and they said they knew nothing about it. I asked if we could delay to the week of September 7 when we are back in town, and they said no. They also said that if we do not accept delivery on September 3rd, there will be both storage and restocking fees. We explained that we are not home on September 3rd, and they basically said too bad for you.

When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do for me. If I had known in January of 2021 that this "in-stock" order would be delivered in August and had to be accepted in August, I would not have ordered.

Customer service was completely indifferent to our issue and basically said to pay the storage and restocking fee or cancel our trip and come home early. This is the type of company you are dealing with. Be careful when ordering from Unlimited Furniture.

I had a really bad experience with Unlimited Furniture. I was told that the item I wanted was in stock before I ordered it, but then they told me it wasn't and that I would have to wait 2 months. But then they kept pushing the timeline back, and it ended up taking 8 months. They didn't communicate with me very well, and sometimes they didn't communicate at all. Finally, a few weeks ago, they told me that they had received the item from the manufacturer and that it would be shipped within a month. But then last week, they emailed me to say that they were having a problem with the shipping company they use and that they couldn't deliver my item because of the cost increase. They said they didn't want to absorb the cost for the shipping as promised, so they canceled my order and allocation with the manufacturer. I was really upset about how they handled it, and I reached out to them to complain. But they told me that it had already been done and that they couldn't reverse it with the manufacturer or reallocate it. They also said that if I still wanted the item, I would have to reorder and go to the back of the list. And they wouldn't honor the original price, which had gone up almost $500 since last year. I spent a week trying to get a supervisor on the phone, but they never called me back. Finally, they told me that they would call me at their convenience, but they didn't give me any idea of when that might be. When I expressed my frustration and asked to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold and then came back to tell me that they had processed the cancellation for me. They said it was final and couldn't be undone, and then they hung up on me. This has been the most unprofessional experience of my life. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We furnished our whole home this past year, and this is the only company that I regret using. They were terrible in every way. Now I'm just hoping that I actually get my money back. I doubt it based on how they've handled everything else. Don't do business with them!

I was so excited to find a great deal on a bed for my kids on Unlimited Furniture's website. After weeks of searching, I finally found a model that was on clearance and "in stock." I even confirmed the details with the sales department through their online chat feature to make sure I was getting everything I needed. The salesperson was so helpful and friendly, I left a great review!

I placed my order and even added more items to meet the minimum order requirement. But the next day, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I was so confused and frustrated! The email included a phone number to call if I had questions, but when I called, I got the runaround. I left messages that were never returned, and when I finally got through to someone, they told me I had called the wrong number and gave me a different one. But that number didn't work either! I was so disappointed and angry that I sold my kids' old bunk bed to make room for the new one, and now they were sleeping on the floor.

After days of waiting, I finally got a response from the company saying that the item I ordered had been discontinued and was no longer available. I was so upset that they had listed it as "in stock" when it wasn't! The salesperson I talked to before never mentioned anything about it being out of stock. The company said they list items as in stock even when they're not, which is so frustrating! They should update their inventory systems so they're accurate.

The only good thing about this whole experience was that the company's response was professional and polite. But I'm still so disappointed that I didn't get the bed I wanted and that my kids had to sleep on the floor. I hope the company can figure out their inventory issues, but I'm not willing to take the risk again.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Unlimited Furniture Group. I ordered a dining room set back in October of 2020 and was told it was in stock, but turns out it was on back order. I was given a ship date of January 8th, but that got pushed back a few times and then my rep, Dale, stopped sending me updates altogether. I started to feel like I was being given the runaround and found other reviews of people who never received their furniture. I did some digging and found out that Dale is actually in the Philippines and probably had no idea where my furniture was. I finally confirmed with the manufacturer that my furniture had been shipped to UFG's warehouse, but still didn't hear anything from them for weeks. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and finally got word that my order had shipped. It took another month for it to arrive with my local delivery company and there was a small damaged spot on the table, but overall it's a beautiful set. I saved a lot of money, but I wouldn't order from UFG again. It's just not worth the stress and hassle.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Unlimited Furniture. If I could give 'em a big fat zero, I would. I mean, seriously, DO NOT even think about ordering from these guys. They charged my credit card right away, but then, get this, they went and cancelled my order a few days later without even giving me my money back right away. Can you believe that? This company ain't got no respect for their customers or their orders. And don't even get me started on their so-called discounts. They ain't worth a dime. Unlimited Furniture Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Unlimited Furniture - A Cautionary Tale

So, I was looking to buy some furniture and decided to check out Unlimited Furniture. I had some questions about purchasing a grouping of items, so I reached out to their chat support for some help. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with wasn't very helpful. They suggested that I buy each item individually instead of the grouping, even though I didn't want one of the items in the grouping. But, when I tried to purchase the items individually, not all of them were available on the site. This ended up costing me an extra $250 for an item I didn't even want.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service experience. It would have been nice if the representative had been more helpful and offered some alternative solutions. It's frustrating to spend extra money on something that could have been avoided with better guidance. I'm not sure if I would use Unlimited Furniture again in the future, but I'll definitely be more cautious when making purchases from them.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Review: Terrible Customer Service and Delays, Would Not Recommend

I tried to buy an office desk from Unlimited Furniture, but it's been six months and I still haven't received it. They've given me a bunch of excuses about delays, but nothing has come of it. I finally decided to cancel my order, but they told me that I would need to get approval from management for my refund. And on top of that, they wanted to charge me a $400 "restocking" fee for an item that they never even delivered to me!

I was so frustrated with the whole situation that I decided to contact my credit card company and get my money back that way. Luckily, they were able to help me out and I got all of my money back.

After my experience with Unlimited Furniture, I decided to do some research and read some reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. And let me tell you, I was not surprised to see that there were a lot of other people who had similar horror stories about this company.

Overall, I would not recommend Unlimited Furniture to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you're looking for a reliable furniture company, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Unlimited Furniture Nightmare Company Alert: Unlimited Furniture - Misleading Ads, Terrible Customer Support, No Delivery or Refund

This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. We've been waiting for our furniture for over three months now and still haven't received it. They keep promising us that it will be delivered soon, but it's all just lies. We've tried to get our money back, but they won't refund us. It's like they're forcing us to live without the furniture we paid for.

Their ads are completely misleading. Don't believe anything they say. And their customer support is a joke. There's only one person, Kim, and she's absolutely terrible. She's no help at all and just makes things worse.

Honestly, if there was any way to get out of this without going to court, we would. We're so frustrated and angry with this company. We just want our furniture or our money back. But it seems like we're never going to get either.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Unlimited Furniture. They're not worth the hassle or the money.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with Unlimited Furniture. I was really excited to get my new furniture, but it's been a real hassle dealing with them. They kept telling me my stuff was on its way, but it's been over 6 weeks now and still no sign of it. I finally decided to call the delivery company myself, and they told me that Unlimited Furniture hadn't even paid for the shipment yet! Can you believe that? So now my stuff is just sitting in a warehouse somewhere, waiting for them to get their act together.

I don't know about you, but that seems pretty unprofessional to me. I mean, I already paid for my furniture weeks ago, so why haven't they taken care of the shipping? It's not like they're doing me any favors by dragging their feet. And now I'm worried that my furniture is going to be all messed up by the time it finally gets here. Who knows how long it's been sitting in that warehouse, getting bumped around and whatnot.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Unlimited Furniture to anyone. They might have some nice stuff, but if they can't even handle the basics of getting it to their customers, what's the point? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Unlimited Furniture Mixed Experience with Unlimited Furniture Group: Great Prices, but Some Frustrations with Payment and Delivery Options

I recently made a purchase from Unlimited Furniture Group and I have to say, I was initially drawn to them because of their unbeatable prices. However, I did run into a few issues during my shopping experience that left me feeling a bit frustrated.

Firstly, I noticed that they had a PayPal icon on their payment page, but when I tried to use it, I found out that they don't actually accept PayPal. This was a bit confusing and it took me a while to figure out that I had to use a different payment method. I ended up having to chat with a sales representative for quite some time before I was able to complete my purchase.

Another issue I had was with the delivery options for the barstools I ordered. I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't get standard delivery and had to opt for White Glove delivery instead. While I appreciate the convenience of having someone set up my furniture for me, I didn't actually need or want this service. I plan on keeping the barstools in their delivery boxes until my kitchen remodel is complete, so I felt like I was paying for a service that I didn't need. This made the good price I got on the barstools only marginally better.

Despite these issues, I did end up making my purchase from Unlimited Furniture Group and I am happy with the quality of the products I received. However, I do think that they could improve their website and delivery options to make the shopping experience smoother for their customers.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Review: Dishonest Company with Delayed Deliveries and False Promises

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Unlimited Furniture. They charged me a whopping $1200 for my order, but then they kept delaying and delaying. And to top it off, they never even delivered my furniture! Can you believe that? I mean, I understand that things can get delayed sometimes, but this was just ridiculous. And the worst part is that they kept lying to me about when it would be delivered. I don't know about you, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

Honestly, this is the most dishonest company I've ever ordered from. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And if you see that they're delivering for another company, like Anthropoligie, be careful. I was going to order a table from them, but then I saw that it was Unlimited Furniture doing the delivery. No way was I going to risk going through that again.

If you're looking for furniture, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that won't lie to you and take your money without delivering your furniture. It's just not worth the hassle. And if you do decide to order from Unlimited Furniture, just be prepared for delays and lies.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Review: Long Wait and Damaged Goods

We was pretty excited to get our hands on some new chairs for our living room, so we decided to check out Unlimited Furniture. We saw that they had some chairs listed as "In Stock" on their website, so we figured we'd be able to get them pretty quickly. When we placed our order, the salesperson told us that the chairs would be shipped out in about 4 weeks, "sometimes less, usually not more". We were cool with that, so we went ahead and ordered.

Well, let me tell you, we didn't get those chairs for a loooong time. It took a whole 12 weeks for them to finally show up at our door. We were pretty bummed out about that, especially since we had been expecting them for so long. If we had known that it was going to take that long, we probably would have gone somewhere else or waited to order.

But that's not even the worst part. When we finally got the chairs, we found out that two of them were damaged. The leather was all scratched up and messed up. We were pretty upset about that, too. So if you're thinking about ordering from Unlimited Furniture, make sure you check your items when they arrive. You don't want to end up with damaged goods like we did.

On the bright side, we did end up paying less for the chairs than we would have at other stores. But looking back on it, we probably would have paid more just to get them delivered on time. So if you're thinking about ordering from Unlimited Furniture, just be aware that their "In Stock" items might not actually be in stock, and that you might have to wait a loooong time to get your stuff.

Unlimited Furniture Unlimited Furniture Review: Dishonest and Unreliable - Beware!

I had a really bad experience with Unlimited Furniture. I wanted to buy a sofa from them and their website said it was in stock. I was so excited to finally find the perfect sofa for my living room. So, I placed the order and waited for the confirmation email.

When I got the email, it said that I would have to wait 6 to 9 months for the sofa to be delivered. I was really disappointed, but I thought it was okay. I told them not to charge my credit card until the sofa was shipped.

But, they charged my credit card immediately! I was so angry and frustrated. I called them back and told them that I was not going to pay for it until it was shipped. They said that they just put a hold on my credit card for the price of the sofa.

I didn't believe them, so I called my credit card company and they said that it was a charge and I would be billed. I called Unlimited Furniture again and told them that I would dispute the charge and have it removed. They said that they would charge me when the sofa was shipped.

The next day, I checked my credit card and the charge was removed by Unlimited Furniture. But, then they told me that the sofa was not available and I would not be getting it. I was so upset and felt like I had been scammed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest and do not keep their promises. I hope that no one else has to go through what I did.
