So, I was looking to get some new back cushions and a slipcover for my furniture and I decided to check out Club Furniture. I started chatting with one of their reps online, but unfortunately, she wasn't able to give me the price for the cushions. She told me to call Club Furniture and dial extension 1. I tried to do that, but there wasn't an option to dial an extension. Instead, I was told to leave my information and that they would call me back in a business day. I was pretty frustrated with this, and the rep didn't really offer any other solutions.
Now, I've ordered from Club Furniture before and I've always had great customer service. So, I was a little disappointed with this experience. I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes things don't go as planned, but it would have been nice if the rep had offered me some other options or tried to help me out in some way.
Overall, I still think Club Furniture is a great company and I would definitely order from them again. But, I hope that they can work on improving their customer service in situations like this. It can be really frustrating when you're trying to get help and you feel like you're not getting anywhere.

I recently bought two Annette "Designer Style" Fabric Memory Swivel Tub Chairs from Clubfurniture. The process of ordering was easy and enjoyable. I spoke to a friendly representative who helped me with my purchase. However, my experience with the chairs was not as good as I expected. When the chairs arrived, I was disappointed with the quality. The chairs were not up to the mark. The seams were crooked and did not meet where they should have. There were strings hanging out of both chairs. The cushions were wrinkled because the covers were too small for the cushions. The backs were crooked, and the seams were not even straight. I could go on and on about the flaws in the chairs.
I was very unhappy with the quality of the chairs. I felt embarrassed to have them in my home. I bought a Vance sofa and love seat set from Clubfurniture last summer. The website was a bit confusing and there weren't many photos, but I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the shipment was delayed twice. I didn't receive any notification about the delays, so I had to contact the company myself. It was a bit frustrating because their customer service wasn't the best.
Finally, in late October, the sofas were delivered. However, I was disappointed to see that the fabric didn't look anything like the swatch I had chosen. Despite this, I decided to keep the sofas. But now, after only 5 months, the front leg frames on both sofas are loose! I reached out to the company, but they only offered to send a furniture repair company. The problem is that the entire front panel is loose, so they'll have to destroy the fabric and dust cover to repair the frame.
I'm really disappointed with Clubfurniture. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying American, but now I regret it. I tell everyone I know to avoid buying from them. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.
