February 2020 - So, we decided to give Clubfurniture a try and bought a Janice Sleeper Sofa. But, oh boy, it was a bumpy ride. When we received the sofa, we noticed that the cushions did not fit the couch properly. The seat cushions were hanging off the edge of the couch and it felt like we were being pushed forward when we sat on it. The back cushions were t-cushions and did not rest on the arm of the sofa. We were disappointed and contacted customer service. They were helpful and sent us new cushions, but they were still not correct. To make matters worse, the material had defects in it. They offered to send a technician to our home, but we were fed up and decided to return the sofa. Club Furniture did pick up the sofa, but they charged us a 10% restocking fee. We were not happy about it because it was not our fault that the sofa had quality issues. We liked the style of the sofa, but it was a manufacturing quality issue. We believe that all monies should be returned to us, but unfortunately, that is not their policy. We advise you to skip this company.

UPDATE: SEPT. 2020 - We have some good news to share. Clubfurniture has finally refunded all our money. It took a while, but we appreciate that they have resolved the issue. We have upgraded our rating to 2 stars. However, we still have concerns about the quality of their furniture.

So, I gotta say, my experience with Clubfurniture was not the best. I ordered a chair and it was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 8:30 PM on a certain date. But, let me tell you, the driver didn't show up until after 9 PM and he was driving a semi instead of a box truck like we were told. And, to make matters worse, the area where I live is dark and wooded with narrow, winding roads that are not meant for big trucks. But, they delivered anyway and had to park in the street and carry the chair down a 100-foot drive. No white glove service here, let me tell you.

When they finally brought in the chair, it wasn't even wrapped and it wasn't a recliner like we ordered. Luckily, our chair was still wrapped and in perfect condition on the truck. The driver was tired and just wanted us to sign the paperwork so he could leave. Not the best customer service, if you ask me.

This isn't the first time we've had delivery problems with Clubfurniture, and honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. The "white glove delivery" they promised us didn't live up to its name. It's a shame because the chair itself is nice, but the delivery experience was a nightmare.

I can't even vacuum or wipe it off, it's just stuck there. And the worst part is that the sofa looks like it's been around the block a few times and it's only been six months! I recently bought two Annette "Designer Style" Fabric Memory Swivel Tub Chairs from Clubfurniture. The process of ordering was easy and enjoyable. I spoke to a friendly representative who helped me with my purchase. However, my experience with the chairs was not as good as I expected. When the chairs arrived, I was disappointed with the quality. The chairs were not up to the mark. The seams were crooked and did not meet where they should have. There were strings hanging out of both chairs. The cushions were wrinkled because the covers were too small for the cushions. The backs were crooked, and the seams were not even straight. I could go on and on about the flaws in the chairs.

I bought a Vance sofa and love seat set from Clubfurniture last summer. The website was a bit confusing and there weren't many photos, but I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the shipment was delayed twice. I didn't receive any notification about the delays, so I had to contact the company myself. It was a bit frustrating because their customer service wasn't the best.

Finally, in late October, the sofas were delivered. However, I was disappointed to see that the fabric didn't look anything like the swatch I had chosen. Despite this, I decided to keep the sofas. But now, after only 5 months, the front leg frames on both sofas are loose! I reached out to the company, but they only offered to send a furniture repair company. The problem is that the entire front panel is loose, so they'll have to destroy the fabric and dust cover to repair the frame.

I'm really disappointed with Clubfurniture. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying American, but now I regret it. I tell everyone I know to avoid buying from them. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.
