Rooms To Go review: Living room sectional couch

I purchased this living room large sectional by Cindy Crawford from Rooms To Go in McAllen, Texas in 2017 and it is falling apart. The feathers in the cushions are flat and the fabric is worn. The feathers in the cushions and pillows come out and are blowing all around my floor and while sitting on the furniture you get poked from the feathers. I paid almost $4, 000. For this sectional and am very DISSATISFIED. I am a very clean person and take care of my purchases. I have been unable to make a complaint against Cindy Crawford's company because there is no way to contact her or make a consumer complaint.
