Rooms To Go review: Cindy Crawford home lincoln heights sectional

We are so disappointed with our purchase. We have had it about 2 years (still under our 3 year purchased wear and tear coverage). The feathers come out of the cushions all day every day. The cushions are not holding shape and the fabric is pilling/balling up all over the cushions and pillows. Feathers come out of the pillows as well. We have the beige sectional. We contacted Guardian regarding the protection plan we purchased. Filed a claim, sent photos and were told none of these issues were covered under their plan.
It looks terrible and feels terrible. Buyers remorse, so sad we invested any money into this low quality furniture.
