Rooms To Go review: Delivery and customer service.

I ordered a couch a chair and ottoman and a couple of pillows I also bought a few lamps that I took out of the store that day.
I waited a month which was no problem I took a week off had my furniture removed, had my carpets cleaned set up the lamps and rearrange the living room all prepared for my delivery. My delivery said it was coming at two, then three, then four, then five, then six then at 6o'clock I get a call from dispatch that they are at my door if I have any questions. So I run downstairs and there's nobody outside. I don't believe anybody knocked at my door I would've known. So I walked around outside call dispatch and they were closed.

So I called rooms to go who could not get in touch with dispatch and said that now we have to wait till Monday as today is Saturday. She said you will probably have to wait till next Saturday now like I got nothing else to do with my life. I told her I was not going to pay a delivery fee she said let me work on that and talk to my manager and I can't promise you that I can get the furniture to you any sooner than next Saturday which is a week from today. She says sorry for The inconvenience and goodbye and I said wait a second bye what? what I want to know when I'm going to hear back from you. She said I'll do my best to get back with you as soon as possible. That was it I checked the delivery status going forward and they had moved on to all their other deliveries. I have no idea what happened I am very upset, I have company coming I have no furniture. I had all my old stuff removed last weekend. The two friends that help me move it were more reliable than rooms to go delivery people. I am going to the store tomorrow and potentially going to be looking for a refund. I paid a lot of money and I don't think they give a crap.
