We purchased a Cindy Crawford couch in 2020 and unfortunately after less then 1 year the seems started to split which is not covered under the extended warranty. I was told to replace the covers I need to fill out an order form and mail in a check. I did as I was instructed and my check was cashed 7/28/2022. After 3 months and no contact or replacements I called customer service and was told that my replacements would be delivered in about 3-5 days as they had just sent it to the warehouse. 2 weeks later I call again and got another story that it can take up to 90 days from the time parts dept gets the check. We are now of 1/20/23 and after over 12 calls, 12 different stories, and 3 supervisors I am still without my covers. Just got off the phone with a supervisor named Theo who said he had to email the parts dept and basically there is nothing I can do. I am at their mercy. I will never ever purchase anything from rooms to go and will tell anyone I know who needs to buy furniture to steer clear. Which is a bummer as I have 2 family members about to move and they both need to purchase new furniture. Do better rooms to go.
