My Mother is 85 years old and has advanced dementia she's recently been moved into care, I have POA over her well-being and finances.
Since her move Jan 7 I've followed Rogers protocols submitting my POA documents to have her services disconnected, I have received confirmation email indicating my name has been added to her account to disconnect service. I spoke with a rogers rep. Jan 31 to confirm services internet and cable channels are disconnected only to see they've billed once again for the cable channels, calling to deal with these reps is extremely frustrating. i've ask repeatedly to speak with a manager or supervisor they never transfer me, im done dealing with the 1 800 line. it's useless.
