Red Lobster Should close this restaurant

Went to this location on 5/15/24 at 6pm. Maybe 1/2 full with people. Our waitress Taneyah(?) must have been new, she was slow. Took a long time to get our food, then when we received it was wrong. I asked her if she wrote down our order wrong, she said maybe. Never came back to refill drinks during meal. At the end we asked for to go cups and she only brought one person a drink. Just waited a long time for that. Other tables were complaining and asked for a manager and after 20 minutes, no manager ever showed up to their table. Find another restaurant, there are plenty around the area.

Recommendation: Don't waste your time

Red Lobster A Mix of Experiences at Red Lobster

As a seafood enthusiast, I ventured into the world of Red Lobster, a place where the ocean's bounty meets culinary delight. The journey was a mix of highs and lows, much like the ebb and flow of the tides. Some praised the impeccable service and delectable dishes, like the veteran couple who found solace in the warm embrace of exceptional hospitality. However, not all voyages were smooth sailing. Tales of disappointment echoed through the reviews, recounting cold dishes, long waits, and indifferent service. It seems the Red Lobster experience is as varied as the creatures of the sea. Despite the choppy waters, there are still gems to be found, like the best rolls, scones, and muffins ever tasted. So, to all fellow seafood adventurers, set sail with caution, for the waters of Red Lobster may hold both treasures and tempests.

Red Lobster zero if I could

This is a letter to Red Lobster Corporate to bring to your attention that our experience was horrible the night we went in to eat. I wanted to treat my husband to dinner at Red Lobster for all you can eat shrimp. When we arrived at 8:30 pm, we were told that there was a 15 min wait time due to being short staffed and they were all busy. So we sat at the bar for a cocktail. At 9:15 we brought to the bartenders attention that we may have been forgotten. She responded with that the host is a minor and needs to get breaks and he will be with us shortly. That was very strange. We were finally able to get a table and we were not greeted for at least 15 minutes (9:30). There was perhaps 10 tables of guests in the whole restaurant. I asked for a manager and I was told she was cooking so they sent out a supervisor (a server) which offered us a desert.

We finally were able to order and our server continued to complain about being short handed and that the establishment is very disorganized. This is not what I wanted to listen to while we were eating. By the time we received our dinners, we were told to order the extra shrimp right away because they were closing the kitchen. So needless to say, we did not get all we could eat.

While we were eating, I noticed that there was several tables very upset. There was a couple that was asking for a manager due to their food being cold, the manager never came and they walked out. Our server started to complain that this is the second table that has walked out and that she will be getting fired.

Overall, the whole experience was horrible and very unacceptable. We spent over $75.00 for dinner with drinks at the bar and we had nothing but drama and unprofessional staff. We never saw the manager and sat in a dining room with dirty dishes and no staff.

We have a choice of going to St Augustine or Daytona Beach. I hope the Daytona Beach location is better. Shame on corporate management to allow a beautiful restaurant to operate with chaos. Where was the GM with this mess going on?

I would love to have someone contact me for more details. I have been in the restaurant business for 40 years and I have never seen such a mess.

Recommendation: Don't Bother

I cannot Apply, let alone reapply successfully-speaking, to the Xavier Driver Located, in Yonkers, New York. Red Lobster Reservations

We attempted to make reservations for 12 people. The website only allows reservations for seven people or less. We attempted to contact the Location itself and they told us that we can only put the name in, but they can’t guarantee us a table for 12 people and that we would have to visit the website. So we got the runaround and I think you should change your policy within your corporate stores in order to allow reservations.

Red Lobster Red Lobster service in Inglewood California

On November 3, 2023 I was taken to the red lobster restaurant on Century Boulevard in Inglewood California for my birthday I arrive with my guest at 12:30 we were informed it will take 30 minutes to be seated. At 110 we seated and order taken. At 1:30 we receive one water and one lemonade and some bread, at 1:40 I received one beer I ordered at 1/50 we decided to leave because it was taken to long, the servers seem like they had an attitude, it was the worst experience I ever had at a Red Lobster restaurant and especially on my birthday.

Red Lobster Red lobster service is horrible and food was cold and made me sick

I am so upset about my meal at Red Lobster in Billings, MT. The food was cold even tho the plate was hot. It took 2 hours to get and then on top of it I got sick. I never got my birthday Sunday because we were so upset and it took way to long to get anything. They didn’t have the small forks to dig the crab out with and took 20 minutes to even find the tool to crack it with.

I will NEVER GO BACK that place is a joke and a disgrace and waste of money.

I went out for a special occasion and they ruined it!

I used my ticket number but there was more than one. My daughter had a ticket as well. But didn’t have her receipt on hand.

We were there at 16:30 and did not get our check and Togo boxes to leave without my dessert at 18:44. That is RIDICULOUS

Desired outcome: Refund for both meals $75 at a minimum
