Put in a delivery order on Red Lobster website, while staying at Hampton Inn, nowhere did it indicate this would be delivered by Uber eats or Doordash. Order was delivered on time but after going thru everyone's order there were several items missing of which were already paid for. When talking with the manager was told that I would have to look up the phone number of Uber eats or Door dash and take it up with them, well... NO I don't, this was not on me to investigate but I did anyway and while we are at it, I'm pretty sure that the delivery service didn't pack the bag but just picked up what was left for them to deliver so indeed this manager should have taken care of it all. After all, this order came to $122.54 so it was a substantial order and the items missing came to over $30, not to mention we were at a hotel, couldn't cook anything for the people that were missing their food, so my friends went to McDonald's for burgers and I was left stewing big time. Spoke with the manager twice with no resolution. Spoke with Door dash employee who said he would speak with the manager... No help at all, is this how Red Lobster trains their managers?
Claimed loss: Missing items totaled over $30, and on top of that, had to go from hotel to McDonald's to get supper for the people that were missing their food, no resolution..no refund and no offer to deliver missing items
