My insurance changed this year and Quest is the preferred provider. I have been to this location 3 times now attempting to get labs done.
My doctor faxed over the labs. I made an appointment and arrive. The technician is unable to find my lab orders so I am sent away. I call the doctors office and ask for them to be resend a 2nd time. There is no method to verify receipt of lab orders with Quest. There is no number to call and speak to a live person. You just have to "hope" they have them. I make an appointment and arrive the 2nd time. Again, I'm told that there is no lab orders and I'm sent away. I reach out to my doctors office and they print the labs orders for me. I make a 3rd appointment. At this point, my employer is probably looking at me crazy because I've just requested a 3rd day off and there's no way possible that a lab company can be this incompetent. These labs are time sensitive and can only be done at a specific time of day. As you can imagine, this is creating gaps because they are booked out. I finally get my 3rd appointment made and I bring in my lab orders. The lab technician turned me away because my doctors phone and fax number were not included on the lab orders.
Recommendation: I would not recommend Quest.
