Clarkson Eyecare Eyeglasses

Took 90 yr old mom for glasses Nov5th, she needed and chose tri vocals,she applied for care credit as her glasses were 600 said they would be here in 2 weeks, still no glasses, manager is never there, supposedly or in a meeting, never return calls, glasses are always in a hot plate at the lab, we have to make a payment and we still have no glasses.

Called today and basically got hung up on! Told the girl to cancel these glasses if not ready by Monday! They also said they can't do the trifocals in her glasses, I asked them to just do the bi then(last week) that conversation happened, and here we are, no glasses, no manager there to speak with AGAIN, same excuse as last 2 weeks. I am sure the price will be cheaper as well, but they have not adjusted that price either and we need to make a payment.

I bought four lenses with frames from Clarkson Eyecare and Arnold Missouri. I noticed that one of the lens is a lot worse for me to see through than the other lens. The other lands I was able the other thing that I have a problem with is one of them was supposed to be blue screen protection on it anytime I try to clean these lenses they fog they’re not...
