ordered a 12 piece ghost pepper box with a side of mashed and 2 dipping sauces and a drink. got back to the office and there's no side of mashed or sauces, just a drink and the wing box. that's theft, and the store will be happy to refund the difference to my card within 5-10 business days.
Desired outcome: refund the difference.

Today, October 20, 2023, I attempted to contact the Popeye's Corporate office to file a complaint about a repeating problem with a particular restaurant location in Henderson, Nevada.
BUT, the Popeye's Customer Service Number is a WASTE OF TIME! Each choice goes round and round in useless circles and you are never able to speak to anyone. THAT is NOT customer service. Even choosing "a team member" as a choice gets you NOWHERE. My complaint was about a local Popeye's crappy service--good to know it is actually company-wide.
Desired outcome: Get an option to allow customers AND employees to be able to SPEAK to a real person. No wonder why the service is so bad in the stores.

I repeated my order twice at the intercom and then before I paid repeated order at the window and was told that is what they have. Asked once again and whoever the manager was treated me as if I was an inconvenience for asking about my order stated" she should have said that at the intercom when she was ordering." Which I repeated my order several times and still got yelled at as if it was my fault. Then she proceeded to say that it will be an extra $1.50 which was not an issue. The customer experience was horrible. If this is the way that a customer is treated why would I ever return to your establishment? For every cruel and unprofessional encounter at least 10 people will know about it and then they in turn become 10 fold. Please train your employees that the reaction for requesting and paying for product should not be to yell at the customer.

We have been to this particular Popeyes numerous times. Every single time the service is terrible! We have waited every single time for more than an and half for our food. And then they come to let us know that they didn't have what we ordered they were out! Poor very poor management. I am pretty sure most of the employees are under the influence of something! What a disgrace to Popeyes. But the one in Marion, Illinois is down right an embarrassment!

Poor costumer service
Popeyes # 11713 10/07/2023 gave order at 4:08pm. Got order at 4:34pm. Order number 6. They are ignoring the drive through and costumers as they came in and wait. Manager is hiding in the back not helping get orders out/taking orders. They are standing around doing nothing. Workers around the food are playing with their hair over the food. This is unexceptable. I suggest better training and maybe better management.
Desired outcome: Not to be ignored, greet all costumers (including the drive through) and wear hair nets/hats.
I advise you to fire the current staff of this franchise and hire a whole new team
