On 11/26/23 at 5:36 At the Popeyes in Denton Tx I ordered food the female that actually took my order was really sweet so as I got to the window I was looking to see her giving me the food, but instead I was greeted by a rude guy when I say “rude” I mean very aggressive he practically threw my food in my hand RT ogling his eyes and everything. I can’t lie he actually hurt my feelings because I didn’t do anything to warrant his attitude. I had to ask him a question but I decided not because he was huffing and puffing like I was bothering him

What is going on with all your Popeyes in Springfield Missouri? The chicken is good. There is no complaint there but every time I order checked in whether it’s noon or 6 PM they’re out of chicken tonight. I called in an order for 645. I was there at 6:45 PM and they told me be a 12 minute wait because they had other people ahead of me And I said why call it in if you’re not gonna fix it or give it away that makes no sense so I went to the other Popeyes on Glenstone and now I’m sitting at a 15 minute wait because I have no chicken and it’s 7:00 PM it really makes me mad because it’s not just a one time thing it’s every time The person ahead of me ordered the sandwich and they told him they were out of sandwiches and he drove off. You guys need better management or something I don’t know but you’re losing customers I’m sure.

When I visited this restaurant, most people were not wearing gloves while handling food. One person was scratching his head, tugging at his pants and still serving food without gloves. Although it wouldn't matter because then the gloves would be dirty too. This person was also pressing the paper into the bottom of the box! I had an survey coupon for a 2 piece and biscult free with purchase of a large drink. iThe Manager Sophia Chen would not honor it. I ask for white meat. This is the second time in two months I was treated this way. I'm a senior and maybe I need to get the aacp on this or news. I don't want to because I really like the food. chicken strips

I called Popeyes 800 number to discuss an issue at a particular restaurant. I had to talk to a text robot. Issue was never handled. I text back two weeks later about the issue and the bot offered my $5 wtf? Address the issue! The issue was about the North Chicago Popeyes. One black girl working in the restaurant all the Hispanic workers laughing and speaking to each other in Spanish. I asked the girl did she understand them she said NO!
