Went to drive thru had a coupon for $5.69 3 piece chicken tenders side and biscuit. First they were out of Cole slaw and it’s 7:55pm you’re open till midnight Cole slaw is my favorite side I got mashed potatoes. Got to windo everything was fine but didn’t ask if I wanted any dipping sauces. Gave me 7 ketchup packets and 3 hot sauce fire packets ? Why? Service at 8100 Manchester Rd., St Louis MO location
1. The person taking the drive through order could not understand me. I had to repeat my order four times,
2. The person at the service window couldn't operate the point-of-sale system and had to have a manager assist them.
3. The manager asked (again) what I had ordered so she could input it into the system.
4. I waited a few minutes after paying. The manager came back and asked me to park and they would bring my order to me.
5. I waited 15+ minutes in the parking spot.
6. I went into the store to check on my order. One of the cooks said they were preparing the food.
7. The manager then filled my order from food that was already in the storage bins. So, it was not in the cooking process,
8. I did not receive what I had ordered. (I received french fries instead of red beans and rice)
9. I was given a cup to fill my drink from the instore dispenser. There was no ice in the machine. I went back to the food line and received ice.
10. There were multiple employees standing around in the store visiting or on their cell phones.
11. When I returned to my car, an employee (in uniform) was in a car parked behind me. Two employees (in uniform) were talking to her. I had to ask them to move. I felt threatened and intimidated.
I enjoy food from Popeye's and have eaten at your store many times. But this was a terrible experience and I do not plan to eat at Popeye's again.

What is going on with all your Popeyes in Springfield Missouri? The chicken is good. There is no complaint there but every time I order checked in whether it’s noon or 6 PM they’re out of chicken tonight. I called in an order for 645. I was there at 6:45 PM and they told me be a 12 minute wait because they had other people ahead of me And I said why call it in if you’re not gonna fix it or give it away that makes no sense so I went to the other Popeyes on Glenstone and now I’m sitting at a 15 minute wait because I have no chicken and it’s 7:00 PM it really makes me mad because it’s not just a one time thing it’s every time The person ahead of me ordered the sandwich and they told him they were out of sandwiches and he drove off. You guys need better management or something I don’t know but you’re losing customers I’m sure.
