Yes, today at Popeyes #1409, Jessica assisted me with a breast and wing combo, (Order #81) chicken was hot and biscuit was hot, but Jessica's attitude when I questioned her about her mask below her nose, All the other staff were wearing their mask fully, she told me she was working window and did not have to wear her mask, regardless, if Popeyes ask their employees to wear a mask and she should have, but the problem was she walked away from the register, did not ring me up, I could have walked away and never paid, but I asked what was she doing and she ignored, and the entire she was waiting on me, she was on her phone, had on gloves, but what difference does it make, with gloves, but no mask on her face.. but the point is she walked away from a customer and did not have any regards to collecting money that pays her salary. Lili, asked her what was going on and she said you wait on her.. so Lili helped me and took my credit card and completed my transaction. Thank you Lili for helping me and paying Popeyes, but Jessica did not care about the folks that pay her salary. I hate for any one to lose their job, but Jessica need help with customer service, immediately, if she continues with that attitude, Popeyes will go broke!
Desired outcome: Jessica should be discipline and wrote up and re-trained with customer service.
