We have ordered twice from this location (very far apart because we forgot this happened the first time) on the app. The app clearly asks you to choose pick up in store OR DRIVE THRU. We ordered for drive thru and then after getting to the store and waiting in the drive thru line, we were told we had to come in for all mobile orders! That is annoying enough but tonight after we waited in the drive thru line and then went in, the store was packed and we had to wait in ANOTHER LONG LINE before getting to the counter. Spoke with the manager (Ms Dee) and they did not offer any apology even! If the app says you can order and pick up in the drive thru they need to honor that!
