16 Piece box meal. Mixed, or not. We went to the 72 second Store in Tacoma Wa (# 5955)on 8 -20 . what a mistake. We were supposed to get t 4 each of piece. What we received is 5 -Wings 2 - Breasts 2- Backs -WTF -Covered in soooo much coating. 6 - thighs Again -WTF The potatoes tasted like they have been cooked for days as well. Hi I was in the one on 1100 girard this place is horrible the crew members are very rude as well unprofessional my order was in correct twice now they charge me for a chicken sandwich and didn't put it in the bag. August 9, 2021 at 8:30pm I visited the Popeye's on Wards Road in Lynchburg, Virginia and waited in the drive-thru for 10 min and my car never moved. I then parked and went inside and found the restaurant floor filthy with trash and tables with trash and unclean. The restrooms were "Out of Service" and about 18 people were waiting for their orders. As I approached the counter, the sign on the register said "exact cash only or card purchases only". After a 5 minute wait, the employee took my order and I waited for another 6 minutes before I was given my order. (Ahead of several other customers waiting for theirs who were there before me). The cole slaw I ordered was placed in a plastic bag because there was not lids for the container. Popeye's has the best chicken sandwich of anyone but they could learn a lot from Chick-fil-a.

what do you expect for a store that is paying employees min wage ? I had an interview scheduled tomorrow so went by store to see what it might be like and doors were locked drive through ONLY... I refuse to work for a store that cannot open to the public.. apparently the store manager and assistant manager just walked out, the DM was just transferred down from New Jersey and has not even changed his phone number.. he is running the store at the moment...lmao

3110 w cheltenham Ave Philadelphia Pa 19150 I ordered a 12 piece meal and half of it was so dry I couldn't eat it. They were out of coleslaw and substituted an extra order of mashed potatoes without asking us. When I called to tell the manager she was rude. She kept interrupting. She tried to blame the driver for everything. She yelled at me and hung up on me.

poor customer service
Wednesday, August 4, 2021 approx 6:20 p.m. I walked into store, the lady behind the counter came infront of the counter and started talking to a customer and showing her pictures on her phone. I am standing there waiting to be helped, the lady Jasmine then went to the restroom and i am still standing.. Finally i hollered back and asked can i be waited on. they then asked where was Jasmine, i stated if you talking about the person that was here she is in the bathroom.. the manager came and waited on me. i ordered the 2 can dine and the shrimp meal with a chicken sandwich. the lady finally came out the bathroom but still did not acknowledge me or the next customer that came in. the manager went in the back to help the cooks as they too was having issues. Finally after waiting 15 min the manager realized i was still there and asked front line what was i waiting on.. needles to say i didnt leave until 7:00 p.m... I know help is hard to find but this is totally poor service on her part
Condition of store grounds
I'm writing to complain about the grounds around your store in Spring Hill TN. The grounds around your store has been overgrown for weeks. The overgrown vegetation is so bad that your store sign is barely detectable. Our community is well kept and all of the businesses keep their properties up to par.
I've included pictures of your stores property and a picture of the Waffle House next door, the contrast is self explanatory. I know that this store is not doing well but that is due to the poor service. With that said, I'm not expecting anything to change but I will be sending this complaint to the city of Spring Hill. Our city doesn't deserve this level of neglect.

Could not go inside because doors where locked to customers. Set in line for 30 minutes before we could order. Then set at window for 30 minutes while watching certain people going in an out of side door with food. Tried to get money back but couldn't get anyone to window. Thought maybe they had to cook food but food was cold when we got it. 35$ wasted an one hour wasted. This Popeyes needs to be shut down.

Cajun Rice
I can't believe you got rid of the Cajun rice that probably helped make Popeyes as successful as it is. You are bound to lose some business, I know that I mainly came for the Cajun rice and until it comes back, no more greasy, meatless chicken from Popeyes for me! Along with no more Cajun rice, the employees at the Champaign Illinois Popeyes are very rude. Your large sides aren't very large anymore either. Terrible service and small portions with no Cajun rice are enough to say bye bye to Popeyes until the return of the rice.

Popeyes is constantly getting my wife and I meals wrong tonight she went to Crowley's Popeyes twice to get it right. When we did sit down to eat both biscuits were like hokey pucs.
