My family and I love Popeyes. We were in Greenville, NC on a college visit. We stopped by a Popeyes to get some lunch. We were told the person who took the order was the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional. It is store #11162 649 S Memorial Dr Greenville, NC [protected].3002 on Monday September 27, 2021 @ 12:21 PM. We went thru the drive thru. T=10L I=3 C=608738 Order @2 Every order was wrong. Not only was the order wrong the food did not taste good. It did not look like it normally looks nor did it taste like it normally taste. The only thing that taste good was the biscuits. The drinks, fries, pies, and the chicken did not. We had actually ordered extra so we would have some for later to eat however we ended up not eating it and throwing it out because it did not taste the way it normally taste. Had this been the first time I would never eat your food again or recommend it to anyone else. If my sons ends up going to school there in Greenville we will not be going to this Popeyes. The soda taste like not enough syrup. The pies were overcooked and hard. The chicken and fries tastes as if they used a different kind of oil. They were lighter in color than normal and we just didn't trust eating the food for fear we would get sick. The chicken was not crunchy at all it was soggy. We order a 2 piece spicy. We got a 2 piece mild the choice of chicken pieces we requested was not right. We ordered a 3 piece mild with fries. We received a 2 piece mild with mashed potatoes and gravy and did not get the chicken pieces we requested. We also ordered a 4 piece with fries the chicken pieces we requested was not right and the side was left out altogether. We received no napkins. We were asked to pull forward and had to wait a long time to receive our order which was wrong. I think in part the order was wrong because the manager was so rude when taking the order because he acted as if he was in a hurry like we were bothering him. We had to wait a long time to place our order then we were rushed. When we got to the speaker to place the order no one said anything after saying something and receiving no response and waiting there a few minutes we drove around to the window. Then the manager said go ahead with your order because we told him no one every said anything.

Very Poor Service
On 10/5/2021 at approximately 1230 PM my wife and I stopped by your store in Shorter, AL. Went thru drive thru and sat there for about 10 minutes and no one took our order. Assuming something was wrong with the intercom, we drove around to the window. The young lady eventually returned to the window but ignored our presence and began taking orders from people behind us. after she had taken several orders, she came to the window whereby I explained why we were setting there and that we wanted to place an order. She promptly told us that we had to drive around since there were orders ahead of us. I reminded her that that would not happen and drove off. This is the third time I've gotten very poor service from this facility.
Although I never plan to visit this facility again, the service and that "I'm during you a favor attitude" needs to be fixed.

I went to popeys chickin on Continental in Dallas was charged almost $10.00 for 3 piece combo meal. I went to another Popeyes at another location on Lemon ave. also in Dallas not far from the other and was charged $6.00 for same meal.
I do not understand price difference, I always thought all should Popeyes be the same.
This is a really big difference in price. I will never go back to the one on Continental ever again.

Fried chicken
My family and I stopped in Millbrook, AL, for lunch today, 9/25/2021, around 2:00 p.m. My daughter and I split a 5 piece box with two sides (Two can dine for $10.00). First, we received our chicken with no sides and we had to go back to the cashier and ask for our sides. Second and worst, the chicken thighs were raw inside and the chicken breast, while not raw, wasn't tender and didn't have the fully cooked texture. There were globs of uncooked fat and blood. The sides, fries and coleslaw, were delicious. The chicken, not so much. Our order number was 99. I would like a refund if possible.

Food service
The workers at the Macedonia Popeyes were a bit rude. I had waited about 3 minutes to place an order, which wasn't the major issue, but wasn't pleasant either. The person taking my order had said "I told you I'll be with you in a minute" when I was checking what was going on. I wasn't greeted by anyone for about a minute, and when I was, I was just told the price. She didn't give me the ranch I asked for with my order, and she had an attitude with me, and told me it was an extra 75 cents (even though I had asked for it with my meal, and I still had the wrong sauce). She rudely asked me how many sauces I wanted, said "have a good day", and closed the window after I got the sauces. My problem was that it didn't have to be such an issue if she was just a bit nicer and not so dismissive. Didn't even catch her name.
Wrong Order Given
Our order was placed at popeyes on pemberton square in Vicksbur, MS. The worker was given an order for 2 of the 3pc chicken meal which cost 5.99 1 box with fries, the other with cole slaw. We had a drink with each box. When we got home we had a box with fries and chicken strips. Please see below what we paid. We could not go back there this evening to show them the error because we live 30 miles away. We weren't given a receipt because my husband was told that the machine was down.
The order was paid for with my husband card.

unethical behaviour
When I went into this location near my home, I noticed half of the staff were not wearing a mask. The owner came to the front to ask if he could help when he noticed the restaurant was full. I said yes but you guys are not wearing a mask. HE said oh yes you are right let me grab one. He went to the back and came with a mask but didnt tell his employees to get theirs. No restaurant should conduct business without gloves and a mask.
Chicken strips
The skin was so tough and hard I was unable to eat it. I paid 21 dollars for that meal and we couldn't eat it. I'm not local so I was unable to bring it back.

Store closed during hours of operation
I got off of a double shift at the hospital and tried to get some food before 10pm hit and y'all closed, but when I went to the store at 9:30 the employees had the place locked up and when I asked one of the staff that was just chilling outside if they were open, he didn't know what time they were supposed to be closed and didn't even know they had half an hour left before end of business hours. When I asked if something happened he shrugged and said "I guess they felt like closing early"

On Friday, September 10, 2021, My 16 yr. old daughter and I ordered from the Popeyes drive thru located at 5317 Ritchie Highway, Brooklyn MD 21225. This is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants.
Once we drove around, we handed a young lady our money. Then a young man yelled out of the drive thru window, She look weird!"then he laughed loudly and ran to the back. I then mentioned to the young lady who was taking the money, that I wanted to speak with the manager. She then said to the young man,"She heard you." The young lady did get the manager and I spoke with her about what had taken place. Management gave me the young man's name, (Mr. Parker) and said that she would speak with him. I requested my money back and left that store.
The employees must have better training.

Popeyes in Bessemer Alabama is awful. They need a remodel. Starting with whoever the girl was at the drive through on Sunday, Feb. 13th at 4:32 pm. Her attitude made me keep driving past the window after placing my order. So sad. I know times are hard finding people. But she needs to be at home behind closed and locked doors with that awful attitude.
Popeyes in Garden City, KS. We went with the tenders since the regular pieces are getting so small. The tenders were mostly ultra thin chicken and coating. What happened to having chicken with the chicken? Then we wanted one of the sides to be Cajun rice, it was listed on the menu. They said they only had white rice. What happened to Popeyes? I'm old enough to remember the great chicken tacos that Chicagoland used to have. They were great and used leftovers. Now you have tiny pieces and dry, barely chicken tenders and no great, and delicious, Cajun rice. What's up? So disappointed. It's not like we have a lot of choice out here.

Popeyes location 460 West State Road 436 Altamonte Springs, Fl. Order 795 on 9/11/21. Took almost 20 minutes to get eat in order. After complaining to cashier he mentioned to the store manager who had crappy attitude. Received order in to go boxes after ordering dine in. Order was incorrect. Ate it anyway. Been going to this location forever. They now worry more about delivery and drive thru orders than people ordering at counter. Could not provide feedback as receipt dud not have store number. Will not be going back. Will go to KFC instead. Terrible experience.
