Popeyes chocolate beignees

I have been going to the Kerrville, TX Popeyes at least twice a week for a couple of years. They use to serve Hersheys chocolote Beignees until a few days ago, I ordered them every visit. I understand they have been discontnued at the Kerrville location but are still at other locations. I would like for you to being them back to Kerrville, please. I know that they are in demand. Popeyes unethical behaviour

When I went into this location near my home, I noticed half of the staff were not wearing a mask. The owner came to the front to ask if he could help when he noticed the restaurant was full. I said yes but you guys are not wearing a mask. HE said oh yes you are right let me grab one. He went to the back and came with a mask but didnt tell his employees to get theirs. No restaurant should conduct business without gloves and a mask.

Popeyes Chicken strips

The skin was so tough and hard I was unable to eat it. I paid 21 dollars for that meal and we couldn't eat it. I'm not local so I was unable to bring it back.

Popeyes Store closed during hours of operation

I got off of a double shift at the hospital and tried to get some food before 10pm hit and y'all closed, but when I went to the store at 9:30 the employees had the place locked up and when I asked one of the staff that was just chilling outside if they were open, he didn't know what time they were supposed to be closed and didn't even know they had half an hour left before end of business hours. When I asked if something happened he shrugged and said "I guess they felt like closing early"

Desired outcome: Keep the business open during business hours

Popeyes Service

Popeyes location 460 West State Road 436 Altamonte Springs, Fl. Order 795 on 9/11/21. Took almost 20 minutes to get eat in order. After complaining to cashier he mentioned to the store manager who had crappy attitude. Received order in to go boxes after ordering dine in. Order was incorrect. Ate it anyway. Been going to this location forever. They now worry more about delivery and drive thru orders than people ordering at counter. Could not provide feedback as receipt dud not have store number. Will not be going back. Will go to KFC instead. Terrible experience.

Mr. Redell,

My name is Nathan Green, I left a voicemail for you as well. I am the assistant manager at this location. I am extremely sorry for your last experience at our store. I would like to extend an invitation to you to come back and let us make a more positive impression. I am not unmindful of the frustration and disappointment that your last visit would have produced. I am absolutely willing to refund your previous order and also make your next meal free of charge. I, or my General Manager Shanequa, would be more than happy to make sure you leave satisfied. You can reach the store at [protected] if you have any questions. If you have any issues at all, please either ask for me or you can reply to this e-mail, I will see it on my phone.
This did not happen as this person basically brushed me off and went outside for a smoke. Right outside the front door. He said I cannot refund, but let me take care of something and I will talk. Thats when he went right pass me for a smoke. I do not want any contact with the store, just want a check or credit to my card . This is not customer service at its best.

Popeyes Service

On Sep 2 at 610pm placed an order at SM North Edsa Branch. We received our order at 710pm after finding out they were not even processing our order. Three employee's gave us different answer to why our order wasn't processed. Several other customers also had problems. The manger refused to provide his name and walked away without any explanation

We ordered a two piece chicken with biscuit, a one piece chicken and spaghetti and a three piece chicken fingers. At 640pm we asked the employee checking orders where are order was, understanding they had a lot of orders that night. But, felt and 30 minutes was a long wait. The employee refused to tell us anything and walked back into the kitchen. Another couple that had been waiting longer then we also asked another employee their status of their order, they even went and bought donuts waiting for their order and still they did not get an answer of the status. When they asked again the employee snapped and stated their order wasn't ready and when the customer got upset the employee rolled her eyes and then just stared at the customer. 10 minutes later that same customer asked the manager where their order was and the manager shock his head and walked back into the kitchen. He grabbed a bag being prepared and acted like it was that customers order but it wasn't. When the customer got mad again they finally pushed for that order to be prepared. After 1 hour of waiting we went again and asked the status because on the order board for pickup showed our order was ready. When we asked the first employee and showed our receipt that showed our order number and pointed to their board she looked for the order and it wasn't there. She told another employee that she thought it was given the grab food delivery. Another employee told us that it was taking this long cause we ordered non spicy chicken and it had to be cooked, understanding this is one hour later and it surely doesn't take one hour to cook I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that a ticked wasn't feed out their system. Our number 391 and they had already processed orders to 408. The manger just walked away without even a sorry or we will get you the order right away or offer anything for our time wasted. Just walked back into the kitchen. That is when I got so heated and demanded he come back out and face the mistake he made and asked him to provide me his full name and write it on the receipt which he refused to do. His name tag just stated Jeff. Several other customers asked for their status of their meals and all got the same attitude...either no answers or mean looks with answers of just wait. It wasn't till then that they threw our food in containers and served them to go for us. Now one extra order was for mashed potatoes that they put in a little gravy container that only had two small baby size spoon full of mashed potatoes...so small that we had to go back cause we couldn't believe that there was actual mashed potatoes in the container. The attitude of the manger and employees is the worst I've ever seen in a restaurant. Every single one of their employees should be fired. They even got so much in a rush that they didn't secure drinks for one customer and she ended spilling the drinks all over herself and the floor.

8/29/2021 placed order for 3 three piece meals and an order of tenders. Got to window paid 27.89. Discussed order with window attendant and he said he failed to hear the request for 3piece chicken tenders. Asked how much more and paid 8.65. Popeyes Coupons

I would like to know why the Popeye's in Larose, Louisiana doesn't take Popeye's coupons. These coupons are sent to us in newspapers because we have 1 Popeye's in our town. Sad to see that.
