Popeyes Products I ordered but exactly opposite and a hidden surprise

For two days straight i had issues with the same restaurant not providing the right item food the is ordered. But this time not only did i pay for a combo completely different, i also got a surprise with something looking like glue or crayon inside the beans and rice dish that was ordered with the chicken tender combo. Also, i my first order, i order for white meat chicken 3 piece white meat, instead got dark meat. This happen on day two.. First day, no beans and rice but instead mashed potato and gravy and neither one of all orders was spicy chicken. Can someone please investigate what is happening inside your restaurant and its a shame we cant even go inside to even check for cleanness etc.

Desired outcome: Return the amount of money 24.05 and 11.22 i paid for their lack of customer service and not giving me what i paid for.

Popeyes customer service

I placed an order at the Popeyes in Glenwood, IL on my lunch break. I asked before leaving drive-thru how many sauces do I get for my order and was told 2. When I arrived back to work to eat, there were no sauces in my bag. I tried calling location to speak with some one to resolve issue, but the phone just kept ringing. There was no voicemail to leave message so I continued to try to reach someone over the phone. So still unable reach and speak to someone i decided after work to try to go back to location with my receipt and get sauces on my way back home. They do not allow any in at the location, everything is done through drive-thru. I tried to knock on door because of course the drive thru is completely busy and I shouldn't have to wait in drive thru for more than 20 minutes just to get the sauces that should have been provided in the first place. I am very upset with the way things played out. Also, with noway to speak with an manager at the establishment.

Popeyes Commercial

I just saw your new commercial. I cannot tell you how offended I am by this commercial.

You had a woman representing your company who was a class act. She was the reason I tried Popeyes.

Now you have a classless, scantily dressed woman representing your company.

I will never be back…..ever.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Popeyes Advertising

Your diverse hottie sauce commercial is disgusting and advertises to young generations that sex sells. If you really gave a crap about your food you wouldn't have some slut with her tits hanging out trying to sell a sauce. Sure is sad that Popeyes is going down the same [censored] street that Carl's Jr. used to use. Now look at them. They are all but gone. More people care and have morals in America than the few "diverse, woke, blm etc" band wagon jumpers.
Popeyes has the best chicken out there hands down. You don't have to bow down like this commercial to sell your product. Wake up and get your morals back.

Popeyes Service/wait time

Arrived in the drive-through around 7:15 PM and the line was around the building. Decided to wait and see how quickly it moved and for 15 minutes moved approximately two cars. People were driving over the drive-through curb to get out of line because it was ridiculously long wait times. I understand that there is a labor shortage however how is it that with no dining room open you can't staff for drive-through. You know what's coming yet it's like nobody's there and working. you only have a proximately three stores even remotely close in the middle metro Detroit area and you guys are throwing away business with this type of service. Very disappointing

Popeyes Store not open... Repeatedly

I have visited the Popeyes location on Charlotte Ave in Nashville TN THREE times, and found it closed. Yesterday, I went to the drive thru, and a voice said, "I'm very sorry, I'm not able to take orders at this time." My previous visit found the store totally closed at 130PM! Previous to this, I have complained about other locations but have heaped PRAISE upon THIS location. But while I love Popeye's, you're going to have to convince me to continue to visit your stores.
What's going on at this store?

Popeyes Error in fulfilling my order on two separate occasions

Went through the Popeyes Drive thru because the restaurant is closed. I stopped by a second time to speak with someone but it is never open except for the drive thru. It was the Popeyes at 1938 Beam Avenue, Maplewood MN 55109. This was on 10/14 at 2:58 PM. We ordered 10 pieces of chicken — all dark meat. We expected to receive 5 legs and 5 thighs. We received 3 legs and 3 thighs, 2 wings and 2 breasts.

Mistakes happen and I normally would not complain but this is the second time we have received white meat when we specified all dark. The receipt stated 3 Legs and 3 Thighs and then it said 2 legs and 2 thighs on the next 2 lines. Don't know why it wasn't written up as 5 legs and 5 thighs — that might have confused the order filler.

We never ate the breasts and wings. If you want them, I still have them.

Desired outcome: I would like the store manager to cover with the employees about rechecking the order and what they pulled. I would also like to receive the 2 legs and 2 thighs we paid for but were shorted.

Popeyes No service, Popeyes system is down

When my family want your Popeyes Chicken, we have to go to another town. I live in Gary, IN, there is no Popeyes in Gary. Yesterday 10/13/21, we had gone to Merrillville, IN to purchase dinner after my doctor's appointment. But we were told their system was down until tomorrow. So we had no Popeyes for dinner. Will you ever bring Popeyes back to Gary, IN? The only one we had, has been closed for years. I'm quite sure many, many people in Gary love your Popeyes Chicken. It is so sad and ashame, if a family in Gary want Popeyes, they have to go to Merrillville, Hammond, Hobart, Griffith, Lake Station, IN. Or wherever, but not Gary.

Popeyes Online order

I placed an order on line last Saturday evening (10/9/21) while I was parked in Popeyes' parking lot, I notice the drive thru line wasn't moving at all and was a very long line (the lines are always long and slow at this particular Popeye's). So I waited for my order to be ready and I'm thinking someone will bring the order out to me since the restaurant was closed. While I was waiting I noticed other cars pulling in the parking lot waiting for their order go to the front door, banging at the door with no response. When it was time for my order I approach the front door, when I got to the door the manager came out and brought an order to a customer that had been in the drive thru and so I told him I was there to pick up on online order. He told I needed to get in the drive thru line to pick it up. I reply by saying that that wasn't right and asked him if he can get my order, he said he couldn't do it that there was only 2 people working there. I told him I wanted my money back, he told me I need it to go through the drive thru still. I told him I wasn't going to get in that line, he told me to come back the next day. I left and went back the next day with the same outcome. the line was too long and the restaurant was close. This is not about the money, this is about the treatment I received from a manager and your company. I understand that there is a lack of help everywhere do to the pandemic. What I don't understand is the lack of communication from your company. If I would had gotten instructions in the order confirmation email about picking up my order at the drive thru window, or if the store would had have a sign that said to pick up online orders in the drive thru window I would had understand and either place my order and get in the line, or not and go somewhere else. Also I called today (they actually answered the phone) to get the phone number for their general manager and the manager their told me he couldn't give it to me because it was a personal number. He then said to call in an hour that he was going to be there then. I still haven't been able to get my order, is not just about the money. Is about how you treat your customers.

I went to popeyes on Friday November 3, 2023, in Lawrenceville Ga at 290 Grayson Hwy and had a terrible experience. I was told that the spicy was a 10 min wait and then a 15 min wait. Then I was told my food would be ready in 5 min. When I got home which is 15 miles away, I only has 2 pieces of spicy and the rest was mild. I tried to call and not one answered the phone. I called for the next 2 days, and no one answered. So, they do not answer the phone morning, noon or night. No business is too busy to answer the phone. To make matters worse, when I log into my computer to do the survey the survey code is cut off my receipt. This is the only way for me to let Popeyes know how I was treated.

I will take my receipt back at some point and talk to the manager. In this economy, no one has money to just throw away. I do not feel like I was valued as a customer. I would like for a manager to from this store or corporate to call me about my issue. The corporate phone line is a joke, no real person to talk to .

Popeyes Terrible Service, Terrible Product

It angers me that I even have to write this complaint but it's very necessary that I do so. If it was just a one or two time incident I wouldn't bother but it's almost every visit. I visit this store almost once a week only to get poor service and poor quality of food. Oct 11th at 7:30pm I ordered 3 piece tender combo with fries and a sweet tea and 2 apple pies. My order was over $12 and was never given a receipt. I pull up to the drive thru only to be told we have no fries, no honey and no apple pies. There are never apple pies at this location only the disgusting blackberry. I also bought to their attention a month ago that they have 2 different prices on the board for the apple pies. $1.39 and $1.69 and you can bet that I'm always charged $1.69. I get home and I have no biscuit just 3 tenders and my sweet tea was pure water. Really? After sitting in the drive thru for 30mins. I will never ever go back to this store.

Popeyes Cajun Rice

Why did you take Cajun rice off the menu? Thats the reason for going to Popeyes, something different. That is Cajun & macaroni n cheese isnt. I'm not sure I can make this 350 characters long. Everyone I know loves Cajun Rice. Your commercials are all cajun this cajun that then bring back the Cajun rice. Please please please please please please please please Please bring bring bring bring bring bring bring bring bring back back back back back back back back back CAJUN RICE TO TEXAS!

Popeyes Customer service

Why is it everytime I go to this location they take 5 mins to take my order. Had to pull up to window to order and no body in there. Had to honk 3 times for 5 mins to get someone. Been here 3 other times and they always say cash only. So for 3 to 5 months you havent taken debit cards. Why does it take so long to fix. Im about to quit going to popeyes and go to churches. Your employees need to learn customer service. They are just flat out rude too.

Popeyes Product/Service

My family and I love Popeyes. We were in Greenville, NC on a college visit. We stopped by a Popeyes to get some lunch. We were told the person who took the order was the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional. It is store #11162 649 S Memorial Dr Greenville, NC [protected].3002 on Monday September 27, 2021 @ 12:21 PM. We went thru the drive thru. T=10L I=3 C=608738 Order @2 Every order was wrong. Not only was the order wrong the food did not taste good. It did not look like it normally looks nor did it taste like it normally taste. The only thing that taste good was the biscuits. The drinks, fries, pies, and the chicken did not. We had actually ordered extra so we would have some for later to eat however we ended up not eating it and throwing it out because it did not taste the way it normally taste. Had this been the first time I would never eat your food again or recommend it to anyone else. If my sons ends up going to school there in Greenville we will not be going to this Popeyes. The soda taste like not enough syrup. The pies were overcooked and hard. The chicken and fries tastes as if they used a different kind of oil. They were lighter in color than normal and we just didn't trust eating the food for fear we would get sick. The chicken was not crunchy at all it was soggy. We order a 2 piece spicy. We got a 2 piece mild the choice of chicken pieces we requested was not right. We ordered a 3 piece mild with fries. We received a 2 piece mild with mashed potatoes and gravy and did not get the chicken pieces we requested. We also ordered a 4 piece with fries the chicken pieces we requested was not right and the side was left out altogether. We received no napkins. We were asked to pull forward and had to wait a long time to receive our order which was wrong. I think in part the order was wrong because the manager was so rude when taking the order because he acted as if he was in a hurry like we were bothering him. We had to wait a long time to place our order then we were rushed. When we got to the speaker to place the order no one said anything after saying something and receiving no response and waiting there a few minutes we drove around to the window. Then the manager said go ahead with your order because we told him no one every said anything.

Popeyes Very Poor Service

On 10/5/2021 at approximately 1230 PM my wife and I stopped by your store in Shorter, AL. Went thru drive thru and sat there for about 10 minutes and no one took our order. Assuming something was wrong with the intercom, we drove around to the window. The young lady eventually returned to the window but ignored our presence and began taking orders from people behind us. after she had taken several orders, she came to the window whereby I explained why we were setting there and that we wanted to place an order. She promptly told us that we had to drive around since there were orders ahead of us. I reminded her that that would not happen and drove off. This is the third time I've gotten very poor service from this facility.

Although I never plan to visit this facility again, the service and that "I'm during you a favor attitude" needs to be fixed.

Popeyes prices

I went to popeys chickin on Continental in Dallas was charged almost $10.00 for 3 piece combo meal. I went to another Popeyes at another location on Lemon ave. also in Dallas not far from the other and was charged $6.00 for same meal.
I do not understand price difference, I always thought all should Popeyes be the same.
This is a really big difference in price. I will never go back to the one on Continental ever again.

Popeyes Fried chicken

My family and I stopped in Millbrook, AL, for lunch today, 9/25/2021, around 2:00 p.m. My daughter and I split a 5 piece box with two sides (Two can dine for $10.00). First, we received our chicken with no sides and we had to go back to the cashier and ask for our sides. Second and worst, the chicken thighs were raw inside and the chicken breast, while not raw, wasn't tender and didn't have the fully cooked texture. There were globs of uncooked fat and blood. The sides, fries and coleslaw, were delicious. The chicken, not so much. Our order number was 99. I would like a refund if possible.
