Popeyes Store @2301 W. Jefferson Joliet, IL 60435

Tuesday, Sept. 20th @1:22pm went to the above store to purchase 11 piece bundle, only wanted to change the thighs, for legs. The person who worked the drive thru said sorry dude we can't, at the window asked to speak with a manager who came to the drive thru window, she stated they are short on chicken and could not, told her we would be willing to pay if needed, she then again STATED THEY ARE SHORT ON CHICKEN and could not.

We are not trying to get something for nothing but this didn't sit well with us. So could someone please help us understand this. We will not be going back there again, and will be telling family and friends about this issue.

Desired outcome: Just wanted three more legs instead of thighs. My outcome would be to have a refund for total order

Popeyes Extreme Overdue Account

I am complaining about the lack of action taken on an extreme overdue account by members of Popeyes' corporate office I have been in contact with. I am complaining about the Popeyes location in Stratford, Ontario Canada and the delinquent account they have with my company. Upon approach and phone calls on a number of occasions they proceeded to cancel our services. I have been in contact with the person overseeing the locations for all of Canada and it appears he is satisfied with having the Franchisee(s) deal with these issues on an individual basis. How do levels of corporate business sustain a position, to create remedy(s) in all areas of concern and complaint, if no action is taken in the position they maintain? Or, are levels of corporate business created to pass on concerns and complaints, they do wish not to deal with, to the next level? Cancelling a service business is one thing and it is entirely up to the individuals but, to cancel the service because of an extremely overdue account echoes the action(s) taken by corporate to pawn off complaints of this nature. This is not a frivolous issue and should be dealt with at other levels if Popeyes corporate is not willing to deal with other business(s)!

Desired outcome: Payment in full immediately!

Popeyes 2 pc Combo/Drink

9/19/2022 Total $ 8.09 includes taxes

I ordered 2pc White Meat with Fries and Iced Tea, (Drive True) the Host got very RUDE due to me asking about my Drink. Since I was on My Lunch Break, I didn't have time to debate her. I open my Box and was shocked that I received DARK MEAT & no fries or Biscuit, I called the location [protected] and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then a Manager (Nick) got on the Phone I requested your Corp # and he got very short with me, refusing to give me the # told me to bring it back, I tried to explain to him that I was already across Town.

The Manager hung up on me.

Poor Customer Service. It's not about the amount of money that I had spent, it was the fact that I work in a hospital and really wanted Popeye's Chicken to hold me over from a 14-hour shift.

Popeyes Popeyes not providing dipping sauce, charging for all sauces

Popeyes of Woodland Park, NJ (store # 13256) charged for 3 sauces when I asked for it along with my purchase of 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich and 2 Large Cajun fries totaling to $24.48 (incl taxes)

I have attached bills for both these purchases.

It was my understanding that some sauces were complimentary with the purchase of fries and sandwiches otherwise Popeyes should have stated it as such on their display board just like they display prices for all their food items.

Even though the amount was negligible I felt cheated as I could hear the unfriendly staff at this store laughing at my purchase.

Very bad experience.

Popeyes Service

On 9/18/2022 my daughter and I went to the Popeyes located at 7015 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77087. We asked for 3-piece chicken tenders and said that they did not have 3-piece, so they said that they only had a 8 piece, so we said to give us the 8 piece and fries, they charged us $24.33, and I used my debit card and also said that they did not have spicy that it would take 5 extra minutes to make it. So, I mention to give us a drink for the wait time, we had waited 8 minutes plus had to wait 5 minutes more so I decided to ask for a refund and the manager said that she could not give me a refund, so I said what! After 4 more minutes, they gave me my refund of $24.33. It seems to me for a 8 pieces and a large fry $24.33 was extremely too much. First of all, the manager did not want to talk to us, no experience in management, the waiting in line to long etc. I would appreciate it that I would receive a response. I have been in management before, and it seems that all is due to poor management.

Popeyes Everything

I received a popeys gift card and popeys would not accept the card at the livonia store michigan. I went to the popeys on ford rd in westland michigan went on side I had 15 dollars on the card and asked if they accept my card, but I wanted to buy a 12 piece family meal and I knew I pay the rest. You Employee gave me the whole meal for free. The stores here in michigan are pooly ran and each time I go it gets worse and worse. Sorry very Ghetto. So today I went popeys was open maybe 20 minutes and I wanted 30 nuggets and your Employee tells me he got only 12 Nuggets for the whole Day. Seriously! My boyfriend and I drove to another popeys another at least 20 minutes away , but when we got there the nuggets don't come in spicy. So we were trying to order chicken fingers to find out there only have mild. These two stores just opened. Who the hell is responsible of ordering. Popeys is my favorite chicken, but I'm done I'm not going back. If some of you Corporate don't do something soon , you will close down very soon. Worst Fast-food Restaurant I ever been too.

Popeyes I ordered 4 Breasts and received 4 Thighs

Good evening: my name is Vito Petrozzino.

I went to Popeyes on 9-16-22 around 9 pm. I ordered 4 breasts but instead I got 4 thighs . I called the place and was asked to come back. I went back but apparently the manager, ROSALBA, went to the video and said that I was given 4 breasts. I went back home and got the 4 thighs out of the garbage and brought them back to the place to show them the bones. The manager refused to acknowledge that I was given thighs instead of breasts. I wanted credit but she said that she only could give me the 4 breasts . I told her that that I did not want the food since we had already eaten the thighs . We were hungry.

I cannot believe that a chicken place does not know the difference between breasts and thighs

Desired outcome: All I want is a credit difference and an apology for making me go 3 times on a weekend and at night

Popeyes Houma, Louisiana West Park Popeyes

i bought a 3 piece chicken white meat. i received 3 small chicken wings for my 10 bucks. i did not get a receipt. the person who served me at the drive up window couldnt wait to get rid of me now i know why. this is absolutely not cool. i;m 72 years old on a budget i dont have money to be swindled at Popeyes. you mean know one has to be reprimanded because they screw people over. people who work there are just bad. please respond to this complaint. 9/15/2022. this is not exceptable way to treat customers. around 6pm .

Desired outcome: return my money and keep your lousy service and subpar chicken.

I went to the drive through in Jackson MI on West Ave (I believe) and ordered 3 piece cajun fish with mac n cheese and a 5 piece chicken tender with cajun fries. Popeyes drive thru cashier

On Friday 9/9/2022 I visited the local Popeyes on 2300 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093.I pulled up to place a order on thru and from the start the cashier was rude. I stated I would like to place an order for a 2 piece snack and a regular sweet tea. She responded that they were out of regular cups and i would have to get a large cup due to that's all they had .I responded would i be charge for a large or a regular cup. She replied a large so I then stated well i thought due to it was a issue on their end would it be considered to still give it to me at that price and she said no so i told her to disregard the drink and ill get the 2 piece snack she then just said drive round without asking whether i wanted white meat or dark meat. so when i got to the window she handed me a box with dark meat. That is not what i wanted, she told me they automatically give dark meat to everyone when they order a two piece snack. i told her i wanted white meat instead, she proceeded to snatch the box from my hand and said to another employee " give her some white meat so she can get out my drive through". so i responded and said " its not necessary for the attitude when you failed to ask me what i wanted in the first place and you didn't even offer the promotion of the apple pies and then she started cursing me out and we exchanged words she then slammed the window in my face after calling me poor and talking about my hair, all the while her hair was hanging all in customers food. the car ahead oh me even made a complaint and ended up throwing their chicken out, and she was throwing them attitude and making hand gestures in the customers face

Desired outcome: termination. this is uncalled for.

Popeyes Incorrect order

Yesterday, Sept 13, 2022, I took my son to Popeyes in Starkville, MS. We went inside to place a to-go order. I ordered two 3 strip dinners with drinks and two without drinks. We get the bag and after we leave realize that we got four 2 pc white meat boxes but were charged for four 3 pc dinners. I assume "3 pc" meant chicken NOT strips. So over 30.00 later, we came up short, again! (this is not the first bad experience here). In addition, there seems to be a massive amount of chicken on the racks late at night before close at this location. Is it possible that chicken goes home with employees (others wonder the same thing)? Well, I just paid for four pcs I never got, one per dinner. Even after I warning him, my son likes their chicken. But, this clinched his craving for Popeyes. We'll find other chicken in the future in Starkville. In the meantime, management above Starkville or owner(s) might want to take a look at leftover chicken. I suspect greasy fingers every night at close.

Desired outcome: Nothing, because I probably won't get anything. I tried their 800, busy. So, this was my alternative. I just want others to save themselves some problems. Enough stress making the money, why waste it.

Popeyes Service & Food & the management

I went to Popeye's on March 23,2022, after placing my order, I waited a 1/2hr. or more, only to finally go into the store & they didn't even start my order. Finally get my order, went to my daughter's house, because it was my grandson's birthday, only to find, most of my order was not in the bags & the food was cold. I called immediately & spoke with the manager, his name was Ken, he said I would definately get my money back, the total was $85.32. Since that day, I have been going back & forth, between, calls, e-mails & still did not get my money back. I'm always told to wait for 7 days & I would get a call, yeah, right, NOBODY has EVER called me.

I'm writing to you, in hopes this can be resolved, if not, I am going to see who owns the franchise or if it's corporate owned & if I do not get any results, I will go public with channel 8 news & I will tweet it out & google & leave bad reviews. Popeyes Fowl and disrespectful

Check out You Tube Fox News 5 Atlanta September 5 2022 and watch how fowl, evil and disrespectful your employees treated a young college student at the drive-thru who only wanted to PURCHASE food for a homeless man. Once the worker at the window closes the service window in the face of the student then the manager came to the window and spoke with the young lady and stated to the young lady that she cannot purchase food then give it to a homeless person. The manager stated she would call the police on the college student if she did not leave the premises.

Popeyes Service at your store in Cornelia, Georgia!

We have been to this location many times since its opening only to have actually eaten once! The first time, we literally waited about an hour just to place an order and walking out without doing so. Another time we called in an order only to have to wait about 20 minutes and then it was completely wrong.

Our latest try was today. I used your app to place my order an hour before arriving. I chose the time offered through your app and picked 2:35pm for our pickup time. We finished our shopping and headed off to Popeyes to pick up our food and in order to get home and ready for the Georgia game starting at 3:30pm.

Now remember, I placed the order via my app 1 full HOUR before picking up the food. My husband drops me off at the front door at the specified time, I go inside and was told they didn't have my desserts. Ok...what can I get instead? Apple pies...didn't want apple pies...we finally settled on 8 chocolate cookies. Then I was told that they still had to cook the chicken and it would be about 20 minutes. WTF did I use the app for? Why do you even have an app?

Oh, and my 2 large fries...They were more like small fries.

Desired outcome: I want a phone call from the area supervisor and to be reimbursed for my meal! My phone number is [protected].

Popeyes bad service and bad food

we visited the Popeyes store #13792 in Saint Helens Oregon. on Tuesday august 30 2022, at 3:45 p.m. we ordered 2 - 2-piece dinners at $12.99 each. we drove for 1 hour to give this store a second chance. there will NOT be a third. the first time they had no white meat, or spoons to eat with. we were not told this until after we paid for our 'meal'. the second time they again did not tell us they were out of chicken till after we paid. (With our debit card). then we were told no legs, only thighs. then that changed to no dark meat. they wanted to sub white, my husband doesn't like white meat, so she said she would give him wings and add a few extra... wings are white meat, we told her no white meat. when we opened the box, there was 2 wings and a breast. the biscuits were hard and over baked and put in the sack unwrapped. and the chicken was so dry it was uneatable. the sides were horrible as well. the service was sub-par. we would like a refund of our meal. i would like to be paid for my gas to travel 1 hour to not enjoy the experience of your food. i know you won't do that, so our food refund would at least make it a little better. we spent a total of. $26.68. on our debit card. so, they got their money and I have no dinner.

Desired outcome: total refund of cash or a credit to be used at another Popeyes, of our choice.

Popeyes Door was locked. So I had to go through drive through and I never got my chicken

When I ordered. I said

8 pcs mild with mashed potatoes and gravy and it came with 4 biscuits

and also a 5 pcs tenders

When I got to the window and 38.98 dollars later order #79 Popeyes #13499 September 1. 12:32 pm.

They gave me

4 biscuits

Large mashed potatoes and gravy

5 tenders.

When I got home I’ve been trying to call [protected]. No one answered and mail box is full it said try again later.

Desired outcome: I paid a lot for just tenders I would like my 8pcs mild chicken.
