I went to the drive through in Jackson MI on West Ave (I believe) and ordered 3 piece cajun fish with mac n cheese and a 5 piece chicken tender with cajun fries. I live 20 minutes away and when I arrived home there was NO mac and cheese and only 2 pieces of fish and 3 tenders. I payed almost 25 dollars for something I didn't fully receive. I have a pregnant wife and toddler at home and couldn't drive back 20 minutes there and 20 back home.
Desired outcome: I would like either a refund or gift certificate to make this whole.Have you ever had a pregnant wife not get the food she was craving and then have a toddler to deal with after that? It was not a good night.
