Popeyes Incomplete Order

My wife and I visited the Popeye's Chicken located in San Dimas, CA. We placed our order at approximately 1:15pm and did not receive it until 1:37pm. That's a ticket time of over 22 minutes. We ordered the 8 blackened chicken tenders combo (they charged us for the family dinner), one chicken breast, and a 3 piece chicken platter. The team member who took our order did let us know that the blackened chicken strips would take at least 8 minutes. We were fine with that wait time, but once our wait time reached 15 minutes and we began to see other people walking out with their food in hand, our patience wore thin.

I walked inside the restaurant to inquire about our order. The team member working on the chicken said he was still waiting on the chicken tenders. Keep in mind, when we placed our order, we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. So if our order took 22 minutes to prepare, that means an item with a minimum cook time of 8 minutes was not dropped until 14 minutes after the order was taken. And, to add insult to injury, they gave us the wrong food. We received the blackened chicken tenders and the chicken breast, but instead of the 3 piece chicken platter, I received 8 fried chicken tenders. I did not eat the tenders because that's not what I ordered and I was too angry at this point to enjoy my meal. I made a sandwich instead.

While we were waiting, we wondered why our total was pver $51.00. We assumed it was due to inflation or something, but no. The team member charged us for the wrong food item and we received an incomplete order. Ordinarily, I wouldn't complain because I did receive some food, but I did not receive what I paid for nor for what I expected to eat. I would like to respectfully request a full refund for some of the mistakes made during this experience.

Popeyes Refund for order not received

I contacted the Pooeyes on Centerville Rd in Manassas, Va. because my order was at the wrong Popeyes. I called multiple times and nobody answered. I kept trying and finally someone answered but she couldn’t understand me it was clear she spoke poor English so I was going around in circles. I requested a manager but she said there was no manager there. I told her someone should be there in a leadership role. This took forever only to end up speaking to another person who wasn’t helping so once again I asked for a manager. After going through this again she said we have a supervisor and I thought are you kidding me. Basically they said they couldn’t cancel the order so I said refund my money then they put the phone down and never came back. It’s ridiculous that an order cannot be canceled. I went to the Popeyes site to find a corporate number with no success. I ended up chatting with a digital bot and I reported my issues. I did receive a email response saying basically the company cannot cancel orders but she was giving me a $5 dollar coupon. I replied back and said I spent $37 and that was unacceptable and to provide me the corporate number and now waiting for a response.

Popeyes Service

I just left Popeyes, it’s 7:37. I went to the drive thru on Norman drive, Valdosta Ga. Brand new location. I placed my order and I talked to 3 different employees. I needed a 3 piece tender meal and a 5 piece meal. I was told that my 3 piece would take all the mild tenders they had and the rest were frozen. Apparently, no one wants to cook or work. It’s 7:30, cmon people need to do better. This is disappointing bc I was willing to wait. Popeyes is one of my favorites. So I won’t be back. I could understand right at closing time, but This is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate some kind of response.

Popeyes Service time

On 7/14/22 at approximately 6pm I pulled up to the drive thru at Popeyes in Lumberton, tx to place an order. At 6:30pm I was still waiting to place my order with no response from whomever was working the drive thru. We HV now sat here for45 min and had to pull up to the window to place our order. Their excuse was that they couldn't hear our vehicle. I drive a very loud truck.

Desired outcome: Something needs to be done about their courteousy and response time.

Popeyes Old And burned food

The chicken nuggets were old and burned tasting ..the fries were old and greasy...we waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes because lobby was closed ..not worth time or money ...

Popeyes Service and food

Arrived at 9:30 to order thru drive the they must have started breaking things down and cleaning they started eating g what they don’t have ( no drink) only bottled water I began to order my food the cashier told me to pull around but don’t park at window per manger I did not hear pulled up to window and was told to scoot back and order I proceeded to order was then told to pull up in side and wait for order the cashier came out took my card and stated she going to get my food after waiting I got the food order was totally wrong and food was cold I brought the food back and the manger stated she was not dropping any more chicken this store needs to be closed very unprofessional stank attitudes and rude the cashier Harmony was awesome manager need to be re trained this is nit how u run a business was not provided no revisit even after asking

Popeyes 5 piece $6.99 special

Today at 9 pm i visited Popeyes 1505 n DuPont hwY (route 13) , new castle Delaware asking about the 5 piece special and was advised the offer is only available online for delivery

However i went online and looked up available offers and the special is listed and does not specify it’s online only and i called to the route 40 location in bear, Delaware and the Kirkwood hwY location Newark, de and both advised you could come in or drive through to get the offer.

Why is that?

Desired outcome: I would like a response i wasted time and gas to drive to the store and was given possibly the wrong information.

Popeyes Fries, Chicken Tenders

The Popeyes store # 13494

My husband and I normally don't eat out much for this very reason, we decided to treat ourselves with Popeyes and bought a chicken tender meal, with coleslaw, fries, mash potatoes, biscuit.

First, the chicken tenders were too hard, and not even warm, we live only 10 minutes from the establishment, the fries were not warm and tasted old, the biscuits was hard and not even warm. In otherwords the meal was terrible.

This is why we hardly eat out. Very dissappointed.

Popeyes Accurate order taking

We go our local (Gambrills, MD) Popeyes once or twice a month, because we like the food.I wish I could say the same about the service. I usually order 2 thighs, extra spicy, and a large mashed potatoes, with gravy on the side. The servers rarely mess up the chicken order, but almost always put the gravy ON the potatos. (Note, my way a!lows me to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast.) I've grown tired of filing useless complaints with store management. Useless, because they replace that particular item, but on my next visit, the gravy is back on the potatos. Actually, THIS time, they gave me 3 thighs, instead of the 2 I had ordered, as well as putting gravy on the potatoes.

It may seem to you to be a trivial probem, and that's how I treated it at first. I ignored it. After several times, I complained to the store manager. Fat lot of good THAT did. I'm deriding now whether to go somewhere else and/or tell my local Nextdoor Neighborhood bulletin board, or Facebook if I can find their address.

Too bad. I really liked the chicken.

Popeyes The 5 piece anniversay special, for 6.99

I visited the Popeye's at 67 Mercury Blvd. Hampton Va. on 6/29. and I ordered the 5 piece. The chicken was stacked up very high and I asked for the last chicken that was fried. The associate did give me more chicken but it was also old and dry. Those associates in that store are unprofessional and rude. I went to Popeye's at 5201 Mercury Blvd Hampton, Va. on 7/6/22 and asked for the same 5 piece. Their chicken was also piled up, old and dry! The associate said the special was over and I payed $6 for two pieces of chicken. I am disappointed in the quality of service and chicken, I have been receiving from Popeye's. The prices have gone up tremendously and not to receive good chicken is not acceptable. I forgot to take pictures of the other chicken but it looked the same. I am from New Orleans and the way the chicken look and taste is deplorable.

Desired outcome: I would like some quality tasting chicken but unfortunately that may be asking too much. I would like a refund and better training of the associates and managers to uphold the integrity and quality of Popeye's chicken.

Popeyes Rude Unprofessional Service

7-4-2022 6:30

Drive thru was not busy but woman taking orders was slow taking the order and after I placed an order for 2 Classic chicken sandwiches, she was rude and only said "is that all, pull up. I got to the drive thru window and a young man cashier said 2 Spicy sandwiches and I replied, "No it was just 2 classic". The woman in the back yelled it was 2 spicy and refused to give me the regular non-spicy. She was rude and her behavior was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The man at the register said we don't have any and so we left. This is not the 1st time we were treated poorly so we decided to file a complaint. Will not ever go back to this Popeye's to be treated like crap. I will not eat what Popeye's wants me too, I'll eat what I asked for

Desired outcome: Hire some employees that want to work and can have a little respect for the people who support your business. Your reputation is declining. Management must not be doing their job

Popeyes Quality of Food

Hello,

I ordered food from Popeyes in Beloit, WIsconsin on Saturday 2 July 2022. The time on the ticket is wrong and when I brought it to their attention they stated that the system is inoperable. On my way to work as a healthcare provider:

I ordered the following:

2 pieces of chicken (thighs)dark meat spicy

cajun rice

bisquit with 1 honey pack

Strawberry soda

1 apple pie.

Here is what I received:

2 pieces of white meat chicken very dry

fries

bisquit with no honey

orange soda

1 apple pie

I corrected the young man at the window and he stated he thought I said fries and when I shared it was cajun rice he said to keep the fries and handed me a small container. He corrected the drink to Fanta Strawberry.

When I opened the box

The chicken was dry, old, and cold

I did not consume the fries they were tossed

the cajun rice was very water and the rice was soggy

the bisquit was hard

the apple pie was cold

the fanta strawberry soda tasted like water.

When I attempted to resolve I was not piven my money back in the amount of ($12.11).

When I called I spoke with a Morgan on the same even because I had to woark a double she apologized and understood, and gave me a code for the next time I came in to redeem it.

I arrived on 4 July 2022 at 14:00 and spoke with Juan the General Manager and he stated he could not replace my money he could only give me a free meal. I shared it isn't free I paid for a service.

Popeyes Customer service rude

I love Popeyes chicken this the last time I would go to any Popeyes establishment I went to Popeyes chicken at 146 us Highway 46 east,little ferry,NJ 07643 store #1869 phone#[protected] order#84 july 2, 2022 8:02 pm drive thru I wanted 2 hot apple pies with no cinnamon and sugar the girl there let me be aware that it would be a 8 minute wait in while had no problem doing so I pulled over in the parking lot waiting for the apple pies after 15 minutes waiting time I walked in the the restaurant and the drive thru cashier along with cook started being disrespectful because they didn't understand why I made such order and how it didn't make any sense and rudely handed the pies to me very unprofessional nasty and disrespectful never again thank you

Thurs. June 23 2022, My husband and I stopped at Popeyes for late lunch, it took over 20 min with only 2 people ahead of us, that was trying to fix their mistake, there were also 6 people in the back, no coke, no pepsi, bathroom hade no toliet tissue, no sanitizer, no paper towels, also there was a light out in one of the stalls, paper all over the floor. It was a disgrace, last time we will eat there.

I placed an online order for the $5.00 Shrimp Tackle Box Popeye's location at 7711 Annapolis Road, Lanham MD 20706. However, the employee stated that it was not offered at that particular location when I was never given any indication that the offer was not available. I was issued a refund but it is frustrating to place an order but it isn't available. I am hoping that this matter can be rectified.

Popeyes Terminated without knowing reason why!!!

my name is tammye mickens i was assistant manager for sailormen inc located at 2996 applachee parkway under George Every.I recieved a text from Mr Every asking about incident that happen Monday evening so i called him back he ask me what happen i told the man was standing to the counter watching my workers and the came to me and that they uncomfortable so i walked up and ask him if he could have sit and wait on his fresh chicken sandwich he cussed me saying "hell no " i can stand right here i tried to explain to him why i was asking him to do so and he said [censored] i dont care they [censored]ing anyway so i got upset and we had words,never did Mr Every tell that it was going to be investigation about this complaint. i had requested june 1-6 off for my family vacation still havent heard any from anybody about the complaint so i am thinking the problem was sloved as go in to on my off day to help out still no one say anything to bout situation at hand so on my schedule day mike the open manager ask if i could come in early cause he need help so i wasnt on the clock 30 whole minutes before Mr EVery calls and tell me to clock out and leave the store and say Malcom is going to talk to you so i call Malcom who was in the hospital at the time say he didnt know what was going on so i text Mr Every and say if i am fired just say that cause Malcom say he dont know so Mr Every calls me and say i hate to do this over the phone but you are fired if you need anything let me know still havent told me i am fired for
