Entered store was told that they are not taking orders inside. Door should have been locked; with a sign stating No inside service. I was told that I will have to go to the drive through. There had to be at lease 8 people behind the counter, all standing around joking with each other. I then went to drive through. There were 5 cars in front of me. Each car had to wait in front of the kiosk at least 3 to 5 minutes before they were acknowledged.
After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I arrived at kiosk and placed my order for a promotional 5 piece for $6.99. Was told that promotion is no longer available. They had the sign in the window, and I saw the promo on TV the same day. Very frustrated, I drove off. I've had problems with this location in the past, but I thought they would improve, but they haven't This is the first time I have complained. I hope the improve because I love Popeyes Chicken.
Desired outcome: Please train your staff to be more considerate of your patrons. We are the ones keeping you in business.
