Ordered a large 1- topping pizza and a large speciality pizza (veggie lovers) on 10/01/2020 at 6:32 pm tried to use coupon for $22.99 coupon code 32. Would not accept coupon. I tried several times but nothing. I ended up paying $48.46 for delivery of the two pizzas, more than 2 times the amount of the coupon. I did not realize the amount until after the order was placed.

I called the Irwin Pa Pizza Hut I requested a coupon order. She was rude. Just tell me what you want. Ordered 3 topping pizza, bread sticks and 2 liter Pepsi. Told her again I had a coupon gave her the code UT $15.99 . Told her pickup she told me the price was $18.01 even with 6% PA sales tax the most it should be was 16.95. I arrived called for pick up at car he said I needed to come in and pay I hadn't paid yet. Never was I asked to pay over the phone. I had 18 dollars cash waiting. I went in this time a gentleman told be it was 18.01 I questioned it showed him the coupon and he could not tell me how they got that number. He tried 3 times in the register and came up with the same. I told him forget it and gave him the $18 and walked out. He was clueless that he could have put the 15.99 in the machine and press tax and come up with the correct total.
Very dissatisfied with my service. I love your pizza but it will be a long time before I return to that store. Thank you for your time in this matter.

I order 2 pizzas to be delivery to the trunk of my car, when I get there I called the number to let them know about I was the so they can delivery my 2 pizzas to the trunk of my car, when they told me no they cant due to a warning tornado in effect, which I said of course no problem dont bring the 2 pizzas to my car I am going to go inside the store to pick up the pizzas, buy oohhh surprise I saw the employee getting outside to go to the mail box ? I dont understand why the employee can pick up the mail but, no delivered my 2 pizzas? so bad customer service please ask your employees to be more curtsied with the clients, this is unbelievable to accept and the pizza was uwfull bad no taste the douhg was really hard to eat? dont understand please pay your supervisor to fixed this issues . My sister Erum shaikh ordered pizza on 18th August, 2020 for a friend. Her mobile number [protected].

Due to some error on Pizza hut website, she made the payment through debit card but it did not went through.

She placed the same order again and it was successful, but the money was deducted twice from our card.

she called pizza hut and explained them the case and they immediately cancelled the order and assured that the money will be refunded.

It has been 3 weeks that we did not received our refund, and when I called them today they did not speak properly, they were rude and said we cannot do anything without trying to understand or solve the problem.

I am attaching the screenshot of the call when we placed the order, the bank message for deduction twice for reference. Please look into the matter.

I need my refund of amount AED 65.50 and they really need to learn how to speak with a customer.

Ordered on line went to pick up order and parked in the curbside pick up area
Pushed the i'm here on the app and waited 15 minutes. I finally walked inside and said i've been waiting and nothing. They said I should have called and the # was on the cone. They were having problems with the app, you can check that i'm sure. I said i'm not eating something sitting in a warmer for over 20 minutes, the your manager said well I would eat it. I did 'nt ask if she would eat it, it's my food and my money. I said either remake it at a discount or refund my money, she just turned her head to the side and looked at me, I said your boss would approve of your looking at me like that she just did it again.
Then linda came over got involved and said to me "why are you still talking"
They said this is all on video and sound so please check this out.
I don't remember being treated so rudely by anyone. I am in business for 41 years and everything in a service business is courteous and prompt. I don't fell i've received either. I don't believe this is the first time either got involved with customers like this it was to easy for them. The other employees went on about their jobs.

We got pizza from the Mangere Pizza Hutt the other night (12/08/20) and I can tell you it was horrid. Was like eating old leather boots tbh. I bought a New York pepperoni and two 5 dollar pizzas. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt but I do have the number of the debit card I used to pay for it. My phone is not sending photos atm otherwise I would have attached some pics.

I just paid $31 for over cooked or day old burnt chicken wings that has been drowned in spicy sauce that I didn't order. Plus a hershey pizza that is dry and cold

Today 07.08.2020 I order#20084 abu dhabi mal in abu dhabi lemo pizza 3 chicken. When I open pizza at my home I found only 2 small pieces of chicken out of 3 pizzas. I was shocked they put all onion and vegetables. This is not good you will lose the customers.

Pizza hut for the second time took 2hs to deliver a pizza.
I cancel the order because was too late.
Hoping to at least get my money back.
Im never will order with them again.
Its incredible that I called 5 times to check my order and they somehow manage this huge delay.
Need to improve a lot.
The motoboy wasn't the cause... Its was the preparation or call center.
Avoid!

I have placed a order meal for 2 on counter for takeaway. And when I open bag at home one Pepsi bottle missing and pizza quality is very bad.

Worst experience ever from a reputed brand like pizza hut. I placed an order for a chicken supreme single meal, after a long wait of 25 mins the staff bought beef supreme pizza and took it back upon confirming our order that was chicken. After another 15 mins we get our order with chicken supreme topping. After having one bite I see minced meat layer inside on enquiring the staff confirmed it to be beef... I being a Hindu have never had beef in my life, felt choked as soon as she confirmed it was beef nd all I get back is a sorry.. We trust pizza hut as a brand and order knowing and having a faith that they would be careful while making orders and respect everyone's religion but all you wud get is a sorry. Very disappointing for a well known Brand to be so so so careless .

As a former employee of pizza hut the way the store is ran is the biggest joke ever! don't get me wrong I loved my job as prep cook, but I was over worked and under paid. You can't pretty much work your employees til they're barely functioning. The managers were childern who only wanted to do as less as possible. What finally broke the straw on the camel's back; I was in the process of moving due to my husband being military. Managers knew months in advance and wouldn't hire anyone. My manager had the nerve to try and guilt trip me saying oh we don't have an opening cook; by that point I was like i'm finish my shift and just let her know I wasn't coming anymore. I literally was the main cook for the entire base during covid-19. I quit june 13th these idiots just now sent in stuff for my unemployment and it messed up everything. I've barely been at our new home a week so even with me looking for a job I still needed that little bit of money to help through the week. Oh and for everybody who said some of the pizzas are old it's because they are. They make us use dough from the day before if it looks ok to them. It's all frozen and we have to strecth it that is all nothing special.
