On July 8, 2025 I ordered the Pizza Hut Dinner Box after waiting for almost an hour I finally received my dinner box then I noticed not only the dinner box was very cold but the dinner box packaging is very different than its original packaging but I didn’t think too much of it until I opened the dinner box and to my disappointment the pizzas was triangle shaped (As Shown in the pictures) instead being Rectangular shaped as advertised (As Shown in the picture) So obviously I called Pizza Hut to explain about this issue thinking I must’ve got the wrong item or order because that’s the only logical explanation to why it doesn’t look like the pizza dinner box at all but from what the customer service told me on the phone it turns out that Pizza Hut discontinued the dinner box. Had I known that Pizza Hut discontinued the dinner box and actually fix the dinner box description details I wouldn’t have place the order.

Desired outcome: I just want Pizza Hut to give me a $40 Pizza Hut Gift Card for the inconvenience.
