Pizza Hut Louisville Ohio
Last night at about 9:12 pm I placed an order on the phone to be delivered to my address. The total order was $75.85. I was told my order would arrive within 30 minutes. My debit card was charged and I never received my order. If they were understaffed or not able to make the order, I should have been told that and my money sure the hell shouldn't have been taken from my account. I need something done about this.

All screwed up
S0 last night Dec 30 in Jacksonville fl 103rd st about midnight... We spent 60$, pizza was missing slices as well as cheese sludge all across the box and we were missing breadsticks and soda. We get Pizza Hut quite a bit 4 days ago that we received was freezing cold and not made the way that we like it or ask for it. When I called the location to let them know how disappointed I was they hung up on me and I couldn't reach anybody after that. Not only was a pizza cold the pizza head here in it and I was disgusted and threw it out. I have attached a receipt of the items that we ordered and I'm hoping that Pizza Hut can make up for this mistake if things can be resolved we will continue to get Pizza Hut regularly like we do

I was sent a coupon code for a free pizza because one I ordered a week ago was delivered cold. I cannot get the code to work online and an employee at the hut said he only takes orders and couldn't help me. Pizza not delivered but charged
I ordered pizza online to be delivered to my son. Got a text saying DoorDash was having problems finding address. I replied with specific directions, bldg and apt no. They delivered to someone other than my son. When I called pizza hut they told me I had to take it up with Door Dash. Door Dash never called me back. I ordered on PizzaHuts website apparently if they are short drivers they dibbi it to DoorDash. I asked for a refund and they refused. $35. worth of pizza and 10$ tip. This is ridiculous Pizza Hut should have honored this it is not my fault they sent to DoorDash. I regretfully will never order pizza from PizzaHut for fear this will happen again. Sad!

Wrong toppings burnt order/burnt food/horrible customer service
Ordered two supreme pizzas and 2 bread sticks. Requested no onions at all on the supreme pizzas. They put onions on it and burnt the crust pretty dark dark brown. Called to complain and got put on hold then hung up on twice! Tried calling corporate. They told me three days two weeks and no resolution! Happened November 14th 2023 total amount was 27.39. I have the customer receipt. All I want is my refund since it's taken two weeks and today is November 26 2023

I ordered pizza from location in Maurice La. Order/ticket #0037. Ticket entered by KONINGOC 035499on 11/07/2023 at 5:52PM. I paid with credit card. When delivery drove up with the order, he stated that I needed to pay cash because my card was declined. I had a family waiting on dinner and no cash to give him. Meat Lovers Pizza
I ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza at the Port Allen location Thursday night after work. When I received my pizza I looked into my box and notice my pizza looked like a three topping pizza. I ordered pizza from your restaurant located at 4650 Farm to Market 1626 #100, Kyle, TX 78640. One of the pizzas I ordered was incorrect and my daughter was upset about it. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with cheese on one side and black olives on the other side. We did receive the stuffed crust but with pepperonis all over it and no black olives but just plain cheese. Service/Delivery fee
Honestly, if the fees went to the employees to "offset" the costs of labor and such; however, quite literally everything I've found, from lawsuits to old employees talking, it just goes straight to the corporate offices. The employees that actually keep this company running see none of it.
I get it. Cali is expensive and everything sucks here, w.e but a service fee to charge CA residents that doesn't even go INTO the food costs or even the employees wages just seems outlandish to me.
And before I have people jump down my throat, I work at a restaurant, I get that restaurants are struggling more than most people do. I understand the tip fatigue and guilt on both sides. I've seen it FROM both sides and from my 10yrs now in the industry, that's where my disapproval of this service fee crap comes from.
If you wanna charge these kinds of fees, give them to your employees, put the price increase into the food. Something other than padding your CEO's pockets
They charge $5 here but use door dash drivers and pay like $2.50 to driver.
customer service issue
We arrived at your store in Westover WV on 10/8 at 12p. We were coming from my grandson's football game and we were famished. There was a total of 7 of us. As we waited to be seated, another lg. family arrived. Still no employee came. The other family did get the waitress attention and she came a few minutes later. She asked if we were together and I said, "no but we have 5 adults and 2 kids". Her reply was "oh, jesus christ" and proceeded to get menu's out. My family and I immediately turned and said we would not be staying for that kind of service. As we were exiting, she started talking about us to the other family. However, they were also upset to hear her reply to us and told her how rude she was. Needless to say, the other family did not stay for service either. They asked the waitress for supervisor names and numbers but this waitress would not give it to them. Just so you know, your business lost out on 2 large family purchases this day.
Desired outcome: I would like the waitress to attend customer service seminars and be repremanded. I would also expect some sort of discount for the next time we visit your store, although, I dont think it will be the one in Westover WV
waited too long for my pickup order
I called in my 2 meatlovers pizza melt order and was told that my pickup delivery would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived the order wasn't ready. I paid at 7:54pm and was not handed my order until 8:43pm. When told I waited over an hour and 10 minutes from my call in time and almost an hour from the time I paid for the order the young lady at the counter stated "well all I can do is give you a free drink." She handed me a 20 oz Dr. Pepper! A drink for waiting over an hour for a pickup order of 2 pizza melts! My ticket number was #131 and Invoice #90 at the Pizza Hut #034550, 249 N Hampton, Desoto, TX 75115
Desired outcome: A free pizza and an acknowledgement that wasting my time deserves an apology!
