I ordered pizza from location in Maurice La. Order/ticket #0037. Ticket entered by KONINGOC 035499on 11/07/2023 at 5:52PM. I paid with credit card. When delivery drove up with the order, he stated that I needed to pay cash because my card was declined. I had a family waiting on dinner and no cash to give him. I'm upset that there was no call placed to inform me of the credit card issue. My whole family went to bed hungry because he refused to call or do anything about my order. My name is Brenda Domingue and my phone number for the order is [protected]. I would like a callback and my order replaced. This was unacceptable service from this location.

I ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza at the Port Allen location Thursday night after work. When I received my pizza I looked into my box and notice my pizza looked like a three topping pizza. Instead of going back inside to complain I left because I knew I had to wait another twenty minutes for a new pizza. I also took a image for proof just in case corporate would like to see an image.

TV ad states pizza melts for $6.99. Palm Springs location On Palm Canyon will not honor the ad that's on TV. I'm a loyal customer with 384 Points. This location is 2 blocks away from my residents. No stipulations; online, ap, etc is not indicated. I've ordered Pizza Melts twice with 30 [protected]@ $7.99. Either stop advertising for $6.99 or take the TV ad down.

Honestly, if the fees went to the employees to "offset" the costs of labor and such; however, quite literally everything I've found, from lawsuits to old employees talking, it just goes straight to the corporate offices. The employees that actually keep this company running see none of it.

I get it. Cali is expensive and everything sucks here, w.e but a service fee to charge CA residents that doesn't even go INTO the food costs or even the employees wages just seems outlandish to me.

And before I have people jump down my throat, I work at a restaurant, I get that restaurants are struggling more than most people do. I understand the tip fatigue and guilt on both sides. I've seen it FROM both sides and from my 10yrs now in the industry, that's where my disapproval of this service fee crap comes from.

If you wanna charge these kinds of fees, give them to your employees, put the price increase into the food. Something other than padding your CEO's pockets

We arrived at your store in Westover WV on 10/8 at 12p. We were coming from my grandson's football game and we were famished. There was a total of 7 of us. As we waited to be seated, another lg. family arrived. Still no employee came. The other family did get the waitress attention and she came a few minutes later. She asked if we were together and I said, "no but we have 5 adults and 2 kids". Her reply was "oh, jesus christ" and proceeded to get menu's out. My family and I immediately turned and said we would not be staying for that kind of service. As we were exiting, she started talking about us to the other family. However, they were also upset to hear her reply to us and told her how rude she was. Needless to say, the other family did not stay for service either. They asked the waitress for supervisor names and numbers but this waitress would not give it to them. Just so you know, your business lost out on 2 large family purchases this day.

I called in my 2 meatlovers pizza melt order and was told that my pickup delivery would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived the order wasn't ready. I paid at 7:54pm and was not handed my order until 8:43pm. When told I waited over an hour and 10 minutes from my call in time and almost an hour from the time I paid for the order the young lady at the counter stated "well all I can do is give you a free drink." She handed me a 20 oz Dr. Pepper! A drink for waiting over an hour for a pickup order of 2 pizza melts! My ticket number was #131 and Invoice #90 at the Pizza Hut #034550, 249 N Hampton, Desoto, TX 75115

I placed an order online and after paying for the order was told the order would be here in 45 minutes. I received a text saying my order was on the way. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the store and was told my order had been delivered which of course had not been. I spoke with the store manager and he offered me a refund and that I could place a new order. I declined placing a new order just ton give me the refund. The manager told me he would refund me the total amount minus the tip. I said no that I was entitled to the tip refund as well due to the fact that I didn't receive the order so why would I tip the driver. Nonetheless I was denied the refund of the tip. I will not be ordering from this store again.

This the first time I've ever ordered from Pizza Hut. It was September 23rd (yesterday) at 8:50 PM. I ordered a large original pan pizza with green peppers pepperoni and extra sauce for 28.62. I received a pineapple pizza. I was given the wrong pizza. I kept calling and they kept passing me off to an unresponsive line. I called a customer service number and asked for either the correct pizza or a refund but was not assured compensation. They took my money, but I will never and will warn everyone I know to never do business with this company again.

I was promised a redo from the Ellerslie store manager for a cookie lovers combo that I had ordered delivery missing my drink, wrong pizzas and black burnt bottom cookie.

Next time I was in Auckland i called Ellerslie pizza hutt branch only to find out it closed down. However the sign posted over the empty shop space said we have moved. The current store is a new store and new manager who will not honour this.

I have been very happy customer of your I left Doninos Pizza because they started the same thing cheating people I ordered there regular pizza 1 day then I oedered the same pizza the next day and asked and paid for extra pepperoni and sausage but it was the same as the first the day before so that ended going to Dominos.

So now back to you just make your pizza as you advertise it look at your ad pics compared to what I received. I have already spoke with them twice there. And yestday spoke with mike a very nice guy very understanding. Told him I will contact corporate office and complain. Hope it does so good I realy like your Pizza. I dont want to make any bad post I have faith in you as accompany to make the right choices.

I received an email stating I have rewards for 1 free any pizza.NOWHERE in the email was anything said about having to use it online.I ordered on the phone,told the lady about my reward,and was told to just show them my email when I picked up.When I arrived I was told the reward could only be used when ordering online.I pointed out that this was not stated in the email AND that I had told the lady who took my order about it and was told to show the email at pickup.She got the manager,who was EXTREMELY RUDE and refused to honor the coupon and couldnt have cared less if I ever came back.I left furious without food and ordered from Dominos.

At 5:30AM yesterday morning 7/18/2023, your company that collects used grease and oil began a very noisy pumping operation with a tank truck behind the store on Rice Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri. This was 125 feet from my bedroom window that open for sleeping and woke the entire household from sleep. The loud noise that sounded like a huge factory buzzer went on for 20 minutes. Lee's Summit has a "Quiet Time" ordinance that prohibits loud noise like this between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This was barely 100 feet from my open bedroom window!

In the future I will summon the Lee's Summit Police and have been told I can file a formal complaint against the store and the pumping company they use. This will result in a court date and possible fines. I will be more than happy to sign the complaint.

Please contact me about a permanent resolution to this outrageous incident.
