Complaint #1- Delivery Driver couldn't find home entrance, called me from alley. (Intructions for driver on Receipt Picture below.)

Complaint #2- My order included 1 Meat Lover's Melt ?, instead I received a Vegetarian Melt ? which isn't an option in their menu for this location so I'm a bit confused.

$7 Lover's Menu should be renamed to the $9 or less Menu...
