Pizza Hut - Huntersville, North Carolina market Square location

We ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and mushrooms and a thin crust, meat lover pizza. It was order ahead. We waited and drove to the store. We also paid in advance over the phone. My husband went into the store and they were not able to locate our order. They told him to wait a little longer so he waited another 20 minutes went back in and the order was still not ready. When I went in, they all of a sudden found our order, which we ended up having three boxes instead of just our two, which I knew was already incorrect. But at that point we were hungry and we had been waiting now. Almost an hour for our food that we ordered ahead. Not only was our food incorrect, but it was cold, and not what we ordered. I am extremely dissatisfied with this locations customer service, the fact that they really were not concerned about our order as well as the dough on the pizza, which was incorrect anyway is still not fully cooked. I would like a full refund for my order, and I am questioning whether or not I will even go back to that Pizza Hut again. I have not had issues in the past. I don’t know if you have new management. But something needs to be done because in our area this establishment will not last with this customer service anyway.

Desired outcome: Again, I would like the refund for the charges of the $14.48. I was charged and did not receive. I also have pictures of what I received in the disgraceful presentation from your company. It was just thrown into a box.
