Bought a cell phone on the 10/02/2020 at Dobsonville mall store, tried to return the phone the next day 11/02/2020 @Jabulani mall since I was not satisfied with the product. To my surprise I was given the worst customer service by Zandile she blatantly refused to exchange nor refund me telling me about their 7 day policy"no refund or exchange on no faulty cellphone ".

On the same date I wrote an email to their customer service and the same day the someone from Jabulani store called me to apologize for the inconvenienced caused by gave me the same results as the consultant I spoke to at the store.

On the 12/02/2020 I decided to take the handset back to the store where I bought it (Dobsonville mall store) I left the handset with the consultant named Bongiwe. Advised her that once the store and it's management have decided to refund or exchange the phone, they will contact me
