I came to pep stores horizon view on Friday (31st July 2026). I had my twins in a trolley so shopping would be easier. There is no sign up that says no trolleys allowed, a lady that works at pep asked me to leave the store as no trolleys were allowed yet thr was a lady with a trolley in the store and it was allowed. For safety reasons I prefer having my boys in a trolley so I can shop at ease knowing they won't get stolen. They are only 2 years old and very active. This store will never see me again as the situation was handle very wrong. She was rude so I had to basically get out of the store which is bad client services. If she came up to me and told me thr is no trolleys allowed I wouldn't feel the way I'm feeling right now. Do better pep horizon view
