I went to pep store at Balfour,doing window shop during my lunch time break. When. I was about to get out there was lady that looked at my shoes and I did notice but I didn't take it seriously then I left. After hour two ladys approached at my work place asking to see my shoes and If I had my slip.. I said no I don't have slip but I can call someone to look at it.. They said OK please download plus more app to see ur purchase and I did they saw all transactions and they said they thought I was the one who left old shoes at the store... I'm so disappointed and embarrassed about this situation at least they should have came to me and asked if I can come to store or something not at my workplace hold two shoes (old and new) wow
