On the 28th of November after 9am, I visited PEP Woodstock to utilize the Paxi service for the first time. The parcel was packaged and paid for to be sent to PEP Middestad Mall. By the 9th of December the parcel had still not reached its destination. When tracked, I found it to be logged as missing.
I called Paxi customer care. After a long wait the consultant told me that she is unable to reach the Woodstock branch. I requested she contact me as soon as she does. No response.
My husband then went to PEP in person. He was told to contact Paxi directly as they are unable to assist him. He requested that they do something as it is a service offered by PEP. The store consultant disappeared for quite some time then returned to tell him the same thing - we should contact Paxi ourselves.
Sometime later on the 9th of December, I received an SMS from Paxi that my parcel has been collected from PEP Woodstock and is enroute to PEP Middestad Mall. 11 days later! Disappointed by the irresponsible and careless staff. Still hoping the parcel will reach Middestad Mall, but will most definitely not make use of this service again. To think I wanted to apply to use PEP Paxi for business.
