My parents, Henning and Jacqueline Smit, bought a LG Sylo S50 Jade at Pep Cell, Sasolburg Mall, Sasolburg, Freestate on 1 June 2019. Today, 30 June 2019, I, Abigael Smit, their daughter, for who they bought the phone for, updated my phone to it's latest android version, when I finished restarting my phone and wanted to unlock my phone, it kept saying my pattern is incorrect, but it is correct, and that I am certain of because I wrote the pattern down on a piece of paper, just to make sure I have it if I forget it. I was wondering if you could please reset my phone. I'm sending this email from a friend's laptop, because I can't get to my email account.
Bad service mobicell phones faulty won't replace money

I bought the nappies on the 6th of February 2024. Every nappies is leaking i thought i was one but it's happening throughout , I've been using this brand for 6months without any issues. Hello. I'm having a problem. On sartuday of the 27 I bought a school shoes for my boy at pep store Mukula. Within a week the shoes are torn up and when I look at it properly is a factory fault and I don't have a till slip as I thought I was not going to use it. Because the shoes fits well.
So I want to know if I can return it back.
