Pep Stores Cell phone

Good day

My mom bought a cell phone at Pep Cell Bluff Pick n Pay centre end of January 2022 and after 8 days the phone packed up and we took it back. They sent the phone in for repairs and and we had to go and find out why the phone is taking so long to be repaired and last week Wednesday 16/02/2022 we received the phone back just for it to pack up again on Thursday 17/02/2022. I called them Friday because I want my money back or a new phone but they said I must call the call centre. I phoned the call centre and tolled them my situation and they said the Area Manager is going to phone me. I waited for the call. I went there Saturday 19/02/2022 and they said it is out of their hands the area manager is going to call me today which is the 21/02/2022 but there is no phone call as yet. Can I please have my money back and kindly note I don't want a new phone money back please. Today the 21/02/2022. They don't have no customer services.

Pep Stores Imei :353013104698747 ; brand : techno ; model : pop 2 mini

The product was sold to me at PEP CELL, Hillside Mall, Bluff, Durban on 11/08/2021 and when I used it it's response was very slow and when I returned it the staff told me that all these makes of phones are very slow and I accepted their explanation. Furthermore it slowed down on my WHATSAPP messaging, that is taking 2 to 3 days delays from sender to receiver and lastly , I presume, that the speaker died because when I phoned or someone phoned me I could hear the other person speaking but they could not hear me.

I returned the phone to PEP CELL , Bluff on 20/01/2022 and my phone was booked for repairs by Cashier : Minenhle and told me that I will be without my phone for 3 to 6 weeks , but to my surprise I received a call from ZODWA ; PEP CELL , Bluff today ( 02/02/2022 ) asking for my Id. No. so they can send my phone for repairs after 2 weeks expecting that they could be phoning anytime to say that my phone is ready for collection.

Pep Stores Very disrespectful and unprofessional

I had contacted the pep boys 17015 Torrance Ave and informed them that I was bring my car to get a flat tire repaired. The guy I spoke with said to bring it and they would fix it. I get here at 745pm, the store hours on line states they close at 9pm. But, when I arrive they say they cannot repair it because they are closing in 15 minutes. Why tell me to come and they decide to close a hour and 15 minutes early and have a nasty attitude about it. Now I'm stranded until another tow truck comes. This very unprofessional and disrespectful. Please help me understand why this has taken place. Further more they could have fixed a flat in less than 15 minutes. My name is Quentin Pops. Pep Stores Unethical behaviour

Good day

I am laying a complaint against pep cell store at braamfontein. My daughter submitted her cv on the 25 of nov, she wrote the test on the 26, I had to go back to them to ask how everything went cause they were quiet and thats when they told me they wil call me. They contacted me on the 03rd of nov for the interview. They then contacted me on the 6th and told me she passed everything and she should start training on the 08 of dec. On the 9th of dec they called us and told us that she should not come for another training and didnt give us a reason. Ever since then they havent said anything, I then decided to go there on the 13 on a monday this week and they told me that the shop is not busy they will send her somewhere, but even now they havent said a word. All they keep doing is telling us are stories. Whats even more frustrating is that theres another girl who is working there, and she has the uniform and everything. If they didnt want to hire why did they make her sign the contract and get our hopes high. And we expect her to get her paid since they promised her so. It is not our fault that they are not proffessional

Pep Stores Customer Servicve

Am Grace Makokona from EXT 23, On the 6th December 2021 i was at Pep store to buy Tissue oil and i take only less than 10 minutes in the store. At the door they was a the lady who is working at Pep door. i went straight to the shelf that you display the tissues oil and stand on Q for payment . When am going out she search my handbag and found Vaseline that i brought one week or two weeks ago and she took it and call security . i was embarrassed and shameless on public and she never call me to change room or private place where she can start asking me the questions, After she took my term that i brought.

So please i need you to solve my matter before i took it to the media so that they can help and my lawyer also because you have cameras and she saw me all the way i never entered at Vaseline section where by i can think i stole the item. she not security and she not following the searching regulation acts ...

I purchased a plastic frozen bottle and bottle (set) the price on the website is R69.99 and in the store, it's R79.99.

Pep Stores Stockings

Your head office number seem to be not right on internet.[protected], please correct it.

For many, many years I buy my stockings from Pep stores.

It is mid summer and no bare bage matt stockings in a large is available.

Can you please give me feedback in this regard.

Pep Stores Shoes

Pep clothing store gezina galleries some of the cashiers are very rude and stubborn, they dont have customer care, they think they are smart than everyone, bad attitude as well. Bought sandals for my little one in this shop, when l get home l find out that the shoes are too big so l have to exchange them, when l went back to the shop the cashier gave me an attitude

I write this email with great dissapointment on how my mother suffered just to get her money back, the ups and downs she had to do while shes a pensioner during this pandemic times, my mother went to pep evaton to do money transfer on the 10th of September 2021, by mistake she got only 1 cellphone number wrong so she was advised to fill in a withdrawal form and she was asked to go to the internet cafe and use her own money to fax the documents to the refund department, she went went up and down maybe 3 times to sort the issue out with no help but instead they told her it will take 2 months before she can recieve her money back, then i decided to contact the head office for advice, while they told me the store should be able to sort the matter out for us and they must do the follow ups to ensure we get the money back and it only takes about 10 days... i mean its sad how pensioners get treated in that store, corona is still killing people and a pensioner must be treated as such, i dont enjoy seeing my own mother going up and down just to recieve her own money she needs her money.

It will be a delight if you can assist her.

Pep Stores I'll treatment by a Pep worker

I went to Pep stores asking them to track the parcel for me. The teller called the menager her name was Monique. I asked her to kindly call Pexi for me because they asked to do a follow up call last week. She didn't want to she said it's not her problem. I told her that the parcel has been delayed all I want to know is what is causing delay. She said I must contact the sender I told her that the sender has not received anything for Pexi and Pexi asked me to do a follow up. She said she can't me me since Pexi delays is not her problem. I have to leave the store without getting help. When I told her that at least she should assist me because I'm the customer and I'm being inconvenienced, she said a customer is not always right with her.

Pep Stores Service complaint

Good day,

I was very disappointed in the customer survice this morning, 7 October 2021. I bought a denim the day beforeand wanted to exchange but unfortunely my daughter through away the slip, but the item still got all the tags on. They said the cant help me exchane because of the slip and i was asking them please can they look on the system it will show. A few ours later i went back to buy another denim the lady nhlala at pep safeways was standing at the door gospining about the exchange that would have like to make. The lady that was gossiping at the door with her klient friend was looking and shook his head. That is so unprofessional. Customer service was really bad there and there is no customer service at safeways. The young lady that help us with the second denim a bought couldnt even find the item on my second exchange slip, i have to help her find it. Hope this can be sorted out because there is alot of people that need costomer service not to be treated like that. Regards Chantell

Pep Stores Service complaint

I visited Pep on Friday @ forest hills Monavone, there service was ridiculous it wasn't what l was expected.

They fraud me l gave them R50 but they claimed that l did give R20.

After l shared this with my friends they told me that they have experienced with this similar issue.

They made me to wait almost an hour so that they can check on the Camera. What made me down after they checked and they did confirm that l did really paid the Lady R50, "they gave me collect change without any apologize".

Please tell your workers they shouldn't do such fraud rather they should find another way how they can get money not from us rather they can fraud from you.

Desired outcome: Manager must know how to handle with customers after such bad service please 🙏

Pep Stores unprofessional staff

Good day

On the 17th of September I want to PEP home at Campus Square, at my arrival at 09h00 the door was closed and inside their were 3 ladies having a intermate chat inside.

I tried to get their attention however no one cared to open or acknowledge me. I stood for 10 Minutes by the door until I got feed up and left.

I am bringing this to your attention as this was not the first time I've experiences this before at the same branch.

Desired outcome: intervention needs to be put in place with these staff members

Pep Stores Poor service

Good day Pep team

I need to share with you the very frustrating and disappointing experience from your store 6443 this morning which shows the clear indication how your team undermine their customers.
In your store doors there are trading hours which states that you will be opened by 08:30 of which incase there are any other events that prevent you to do so you have an obligation to honor by at least inform your customers that there will be a delay to open the store. The store was still not opened at 09:05 after I started to ask why we are not updated of what is happening and why they disrespect us like that?

I strongly believe they are doing this simply because this is the area where majority of the customers are people of difference race, illiterate and poor community who will never ask no matter how much they are ill-treated.

I am asking for the proper feedback ?

Pep Stores Service at PEP Arcon Park Vereenignig

Went to the store a couple of times now. Each and every time you wait in long queue for a cashier to assist you. They are either chatting with their fellow colleagues or just on a slow strike. There will be other cashiers walking around, but not even considering helping getting the queue shorter. This is frustrating and time consuming. Considering not going to shop there anymore.

Pep Stores Broken shoes

Bought Shoes and other items on Friday. Also paid off last part of lay-bye. Received 04 slipps as proof of payment for lay-buy but not for bought Items. When I fit the shoes on Saturday at home, a part of the shoe broke off. Since I am living on a farm I did not see the cost effectiveness to go back to town for a pair of shoes. I went to Pep, explain that I did not received a slip. The lady flat out refused to assist me since I do not have a slip. The more I explained that I did not received a slip the more she refused to assist me. Now I am left wiht no slip, and a broken pair of shoes. (Wearing a size 9 shoe it is never easy to get hold of shoes unless you are willing to pay a fortune) I am very disaspointed in the service of Pep. They way I was treated let me felt like I was requesting special services, since it became clear to me that all the personnel was gossiping about me in a language I did not follow.

Pep Stores Lerato tselane manager at carletonville pep cell in gate way mall

She was so rude shouting at us like we are senseless nd stupid about sanitizing and hpw she wants a number of 4 inside. We totally understand her point as I am a manager myself, but she even refused to let a client know what documents to bring to get a phone, that I took the liberty of explaining to that man, amd she felt no shame. When I asked for the manager so I can complain about the attitude she is giving us, she gave me her name with pride and told me to ensure I get it right bu spelling it. She only had 1 teller at a busy time of month end n she still gives us attitude.

I bought an expired Maynards original wine gums that expired on the 18.08.2021 at Forest hill Pep and my pregnant girlfriend ate some of them and if anything happen to her pregnancy I'm gonna take this matter further.
