Purchased a Stylo cell phone from Pep Cell. Every second or third day the phone shuts down on its own although battery is sufficiently charged. I am also not able to download YouTube, tried several times and you tube app does not want to download. The phone displa also cuts words and images on several apps and main screen, the screen images are round meaning that images and text u cannot see.
I am very dissatisfied with this product. I have the proof of purchase and packaging.
This Stylo phone is a very poor product. I would like to exchange this product for a different brand and hoping customer care can assist me, if not I will take the matter further.

Good day, I bought myself a Stylo Galaxy in December 2023, at PEP Home Rustenburg Safari Gardens they told me that we have 7 days to report the phone with any problems well on the 8th day my phone stopped charging the charging port was not working and they refused to replace it as the 7 days was over.
And then i used a different adaptor and it work and about 6 weeks ago it stopped charging and getting hot...took it in and they sent it away for 3 weeks struggled without a phone and on return they told me I tampered with the charging port WTF and they will NOT REFUND ME OR REPLACE THE PHONE I am a single mother can't afford a new phone and it's just not there problem WHAT TO DO !

Stylo inkulu pro is a very bad phone to have. It shusts down on it's own. My apps on homescreen move from self to where I don't want it. It takes ages to charge the battery full. It looks like it doesn't have fast charging or wireless charging. Too soft when you watch videos or make calls.
There is no way in hell l would recommend anyone to buy the Stylo bloody phones. They are the ghetto. I have never seen a crappy phone like this. This phone is a nightmare. I was stack at night because my car broken down and when I tried to call the insurance company, it also broke down on its own mind you and I could not even open my apps for an Uber home. I had to wait few hours after removing the battery from the phone and wait. Who takes out their battery from a phone in 2023? Using a Stylo cellular is an extreme sport which I don't wanna take part in.
It is the worst phone ever, it shouts down voluntarily plus it freezes when you what to make calls. The speakers just stops working while speaking. It is the pits of hell that phone. Even if you have few apps on it, it's terribly slow and the camera is the ghetto. What a piece of crap of a phone.
I recently bought the Stylo Inkosi Pro. I can't charge the phone normally. I have to try and find a position to try and charge. Am using my last 20% and no charger can charge anymore. Including the charger that comes with the phone need urgent help from Stylo.

It's the ghetto
All the Stylo phones are crap. There are no aftermarket batteries available. I bought the phone for my son in July 2022 it only worked for 1 month and the battery died. I cant find the battery anywhere PEP cant even help me. What a waste of my money
stylo phones in south africa with the go edition 12 are ok for the average day to day use for the price you paying for its a bargain phone.tablet..in settings like all go edition settings you can disable apps best is to buy fast charger..replacement batteries frederick
Some Stylo phone's are good the cheapest Stylo that is good is the Stylo 721 pro and also the Stylo 721 I have had this 2 of them have 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM

All the Stylo phones are crap. There are no aftermarket batteries available for the phones. Nobody stocks those and not even Pep has an idea where to get those batteries. I have tried. Not even head office have a clue. So stay away from that brand. Reason why is LG are the makers of Stylo and no longer manufacturer the phones.
