I waited so long to recieve my virtual mastercard for a settlement I claimed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to link it to my Google Pay, PayPal or Samsung Pay. I've tried creating profile to see it the would help activate the card but like others I am unable to use the card online. I keep getting declined and the error message to contact support. This is frustrating because I've never had this problem with any other virtual card service. I contacted support but nothing. This is my last resort. Can this issue be resolved so I can spend the money granted to me.

Since you have not provided any answers to customer support, perhaps you might be interested in escalating this issue or perhaps getting in touch through other platforms like social media or bringing the matter to the attention of other officials for a faster response. I hope for your sake that they do find a resolution so that you can recover your funds.
