MyPrepaidCenter.com Expired Reward card - Unlawful

I purchased an Apple iPhone through Visible Cell phone service back in December 2019 and was told I would receive a $200 reward gift card. After multiple calls - I was told it was delayed - I finally received it end of February . I have never been able to full activate it and whenever I have tried to contact someone I am unable to get someone live. I put the card aside, as I was very ill. I have now recovered and tried to re-engage and notice that it expired. That is against the law in the state of Wisconsin. Gift cards and reward cards can not expire in less than one year upon issue. MyPrepaidCenter.com Did not use my rewards of 81.00 dollars

i bought my tires at Discount Tires in Irving, Tx. summer of 2019..

i received a rewards card of 81.00. and i just found out that i never used the card.
so i tried using the card last week and somehow its been expired.
i earned them points for my tire purchase.
i think i should have not of lost them.
the store pushed me into buying all 4 tires for the better deal.
please advise.

MyPrepaidCenter.com $100 gift reward through visible promo not received

My wife qualified for a $100 gift card from Visible from a promo called Party Pay. She qualified after 2 months of premiums were paid.
She received a redemption code F3NUVUD76Y and entered it correctly for the reward card.
She received a tracking number of [protected] which said it shipped on June 23, 2020. At this point she has not received her reward card.
I believe this to be only an internal company tracking # as nobody can tell me which carrier was used.
Visible will only tell me to contact their prepaid partner Blackhawk Network at [protected] which is nothing but an automated voice loop and you can never talk to a person about your issue.
Can you please help?

MyPrepaidCenter.com 2 unused prepaid visa cards

I have 2 cards, one for $200 and one for $500 for purchasing $15, 000 in hvac equipment.

I was never able to register my card numbers... And now when I pull them out again to try to use them, they have expired!

I didn't even have these cards that long (a few months) and think they should not expire so soon. Even so if the actual card expired, the monies should still be available to use.

How do I go about getting my monies available to use?

There are no living breathing people to talk to in order to get an answer about anything.

I was refunded by Amazon and given a confirmation number on July 6, 2020 of $61.08. My Visa card is not showing the refund and your company says it will take 3 months for them to decide if they will give me the refund that Amazon has already paid. My case number is Case# DS0066854. Why does it take three months to give me money that Amazon has already refunded?

I have a prepaid card that expired in January 2020. I followed the FAQs and I can't get ahold of customer service. How do we get an extension? We were cleaning out some drawers and found this card. All I want is to be able to use the funds that are on this card. I want to use this card to make purchases but am not able to use because it is expired.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Tire rack 75$ rebate card

Received card, registered card, planning on using card, then the pandemic hit, I work in the medical field, my job took away our personal time and required us to work except for our days off, at no point did I think about buying anything except food and necessities the last 3 or 4 months, just picked up prepaid card to find out it had expired, why do the card only last a few months and where do the money go after it expires? Everybody I know was required to stay in and don't go out except for necessities, these crooked expiration dates should not have been enforced during a freaking pandemic that's still raging to this day!

MyPrepaidCenter.com Americas tire $70 reward

Finally received reward card 8 weeks after I sent in paperwork for reward.
I received reward card around 1/20/2020 just before the Pandemic hit and set card asside for future use. I got the card out to use it last week of June and realized that I had to register the card before use. I was unable to do this because there is a expiration date of 04/20. Every phone option will not get you through to anyone to speak with. I found a answer in the question / answer section that says the funds do not expire and to contact a customer service to get a new card or arrange payment. This is not possible and all you get is automated phone system telling me that the card number does not exist in the system. I tried to email Kent directly after finding his email on this site but once again no reply. I would like to receive a new card that is not expired and can use the funds that belong to me. I do not and will not just let this company steal money from me and will keep complaining to all the consumer reporting agencies that I can find so that this scam is exposed.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid mastercard

This company is a joke. I received a reward from my work to use at certain retail stores. When I first got my card I couldn't even activate it. I called it in lost to get a replacement shipped. Once that replacement was shipped I activated it and used it but had to return the product. Since then, I haven't been able to use it. I haven't been able to get any details on my balance, the number on the back of the card tells me it does not recognize the information and the website tells me it's unable to process my information and to try back again later. I did not even use the full amount on the card and it suddenly stops working? This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

I received a digital prepaid reward card from Sprint, I have all of the information on the card, already activated it, and for the life of me I cannot log into MyPrepaidCenter to use the card in any way. In both creating a profile and trying to log in I only get the error: * We were unable to process your information. Please try again" This has been going on for days.
I tried contacting support, and pressed every single phone option, and nothing helped, and there was no one to talk to. I also see no email or any other way of contact. So, my $300 card is useless until I can get in contact with someone to help me actually use it. I have no choice but to temporarily give a very low rating to this company until I can get in contact and get this solved.

I have been unable to use my card since I received it. I cannot use the automated system to check my balance, it tells me the information does not match their records. When I try online it says it's unable to process my information and asks to try again later. I used it for one purchase that ended up being returned onto the card and since then it hasn't worked. I got my card as a reward through T-Mobile and am so close to never agreeing to this reward system ever again. This is extremely frustrating and you guys need a customer service number. What gives? I have my card with my name on it and I can't use what's mine for any legitimate purchases! No number on the card has helped and the lost and stolen number can only do just that, report the card and send you a new one. Holy crap.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Can't activate redemption $5 reward card good through 6/20

This is a promotional debit card mastercard from Anheuser-Busch valid through June 2020. I have a card number, my name on the card, the three digit code with the signature strip. There is 5 digit number below the signature strip and also a very long number on the bottom of the card. The online site will not take any of the numbers as the validation code always invalid code. I also have never gotten an email for a code of any kind. Validation or reset password etc. Finally The call chain (customer service ) did not help.

I also need what products I can use the card for ...

I have $164 in my prepaid account. I had purchased a prepaid card, put it in my drawer and forgot about it. The card expired 10/19. I recently found it and went on line to see what I need to do to get the money out. It said to call this number [protected] and there would be instructions on how to get another card. I clicked on every combination of numbers, but none of them said anything about ordering another card. I have been trying to get information either how to get that money out or get a debit card that is not expired.

I just got it in the mail and it's not even recognizing the card so now I can't even use the 75$ of mine... I tried the website and calling and on the phone is said they're having technical difficulties please try again later and then it hangs up! I don't think the card I was sent is valid.. MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid card pending - no support

I have a prepaid Mastercard that I was trying to use to pay my phone bill, but the phone service rejected my prepaid card. So Myprepaidcenter.com should release the pending amount the next day instead of have my prepaid card stuck in a pending mode. It has been 9 days that I can't use my prepaid card on something else and there's no live customer support to cancel the transaction for me. A company has no live customer support staff to support customers?

I paid my Optimum cable bill with 2 rewards mastercard, both which has money n it and both payments bounced. They cable company shut my TV off and added late charges to my account. They tried to process the card several times but the card was rejected each time. When I called the prepaid center it was all automated. I could not get a human. After 7 days I checked the balance on my card again and there is no transaction and the balance is still on my card. My cable company told me to call them and gave me the declined payment ID number to ask them why the card declined but there is no human I can talk to. I again today paid my Optimum bill this time with one card and the payment went through but the card balance on the site still shows the same balance. Can someone call or email me at greenkingfisher@yahoo.com?

My visa debit $750 award card has a significant balance that i'm unable to view or use. There is no option on the website or phone to speak to anyone. MyPrepaidCenter.com Rebate card

Got my card, but when I try to activate it, I get the msg, that what I entered does not match theirs. I've tried by phone and website. And of course there is no fing way to talk to a real person unless I want to lie and say the card was lost or stolen. This seems to be a common theme with the company. Most likely a way to get the $ back from the company paying them for the rebate and then also a way for them to keep the customers $.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid card expired

I have a prepaid card that expired in April 2020. How do we get an extension with all that is going on with store closures? We started opening back up and now cannot activate card to use it. All I want is to be able to use the funds that were on this card, $160.00. I want to use this card to make purchases but am not able to use because I can't activate it. MyPrepaidCenter.com Transaction declined, used before expiration

I have a mastercard prepaid card for $140 that had an expiration date of 4/30/20. I used it for an online purchase on that day. The transaction went through, but I received an email a few days later that stated the card was declined. I tried calling the myprepaidcenter customer service number listed on the back of the card and on their website, but ther is no option to talk to a live person! There isn't even an email address to contact anyone. I tried to create an account three times to see if I could access information, but it won't allow that either. I understand this is a difficult time to get business done, but at least offer an alternative way to get some help!
