To activate your card or view card details, you have to enter the card number, expiration date, and security code at the card login page on Myprepaidcenter’s website.
If your card was lost or stolen, you should call your cardholder services number for your card and provide the card number so they can send a new card to you with the remaining value. Then you have to request a replacement card 15 days before the valid thru date. The first replacement is free, all the subsequent replacements are fee-based. It can take up to 10 business days for the card to arrive via First Class mail.
