I would like to ask regarding to use the prepaid card. I have tried to use it in Sephora online and also tried in Adidas. however, it is rejected. I'm not sure why. Last time i used in BBW and ok but now also rejected.

Visa Debit Gift Cards
Hi got two $50 USD gift cards from myprepaidecenter.com in late December 2022 and did not realize that they expired in April 2023. Really scummy for the company to have a expiry date of less than 6 months for these gift cards, it feels predatory and I would stay away from this company at all costs. There is also no way of getting the gift card value back (i.e. the card may expire, but the gift card value does not). We are very disappointed.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate to receive back the $100 I am owed.

Prepaid Visa Debit Card
Got a prepaid VISA debit card from them as compensation from Delta for denied boarding. It expired 7 months after issue. I missed that this expired so fast. Called them and they basically were of no help. Told them federal law said debit cards have to have 5 year expiration. They said first that I was wrong, and second that it was not a debit card, it was a gift card. Same rules applies to gift cards. Asked where the money then went, they then got dodgy and said that they don't know.
Really poor service and seems to work to find ways around the laws granting 5 years on debit and gift cards, Plus as I am sure this is not an uncommon occurrence, their employees should be well versed in what the rules are, and how things work.
I expect zero resolution from them. Hopefully Delta will have better customer service.

Prepaid Mastercard
our company had about $20,000 worth of Prepaid mastercards for promotions. half of them were used last year and then our promotions were put on hold until now. Went to use the remaining cards - over $8000 of prepaid Mastercards - only to find out that they expired Jan 2023. We had no idea these had an expiry date of only a year and when contacting the company they declined to reinstate the cards due to the fact these were called "rebate cards" and they can do nothing about it. I thought it was ILLEGAL to put an expiration date on gift cards nowadays? VERY disgusted with this company and lack of help in this regard. i see this happens quite often with them though - they get the money and don't care about the customers.
Desired outcome: i would like them to reimburse or reissue the prepaid Mastercards - even if it is half or a quarter of my $8000, just want some money back for this stupid 1 year expiration date!!!!

Locked account
I went to login to my account on MyPrepaidCenter.com, first attempt didn't work, so I went and requested my username, and then to change my password. I received a successfully changed password message and then proceeded to login to my account, first attempt failed, second attempt failed, third attempt typed it in really slow to ensure it was correct still failed. Eventually I am locked out of my account. Since my card is a virtual card that is listed within the actual site I can't call any cardholder service. I am unable to activate my card and use it.

VISA. Prepaid cards
Got a prepaid visa as a gift. We didn’t use it right away. It said it expired in 3 years so we figured we had a lot of time. We went about a year after receiving it to make a purchase on some things we wanted, to find that the card was declined. We went online and registered the card and found out that It only had 4.49$ on the card left from 500.00$. Someone had stolen the money before we could use the card. How they could is beyond me when we just registered it. We phoned the help number 2x. to find out that VISA doesn’t stand behind there word. They have a guarantee of 2 months after the purchase has been made and then they don’t do anything to help the consumer out. Not only are we out $500.00 but the gift giver is also upset that he was robbed. Why let people buy these cards if they are not secure for the public. This policy needs to be changed. This company is a complete scam. There is a transaction I need to dispute because they let someone use my card without my permission. However, they make it completely impossible to get through the process. Their dispute process says you can do it online but it does not work. They also say you can call, but when I call I get a person I can't hear because it sounds like he is at the biggest party in the world. I asked if he could go somewhere so I could hear him, but instead he hung up on me. I got ahold of someone else, but they want me to email them a copy of my drivers license.
Now I guess I'm just out of money. No one should ever use this company.

My prepaid card center
This card was sitting on my desk until I figured out what I wanted to spend it on. The card was worth $75.00. That equates to a job working for a full 8.00 hours at 10 dollars an hour. I didn't worry about the card expiring because the wording on the card read that the funds never expires. My card expired 03/23 because I took a trip out of town and just got back. The card has a detail schedule stating that you will be charged $3.95 per month after expiration. I can't comprehend how a company could take advantage of people without accountability.
Lastly, it's not about the money, it's about the principle. If an attorney is reading over this statement, I will pay up to $1000.00 dollars to get my funds back on my card. But I really want to make sure this type of practice doesn't claim another victim.
Desired outcome: Funds return to my card minus the 1 month service charge like originally stated on the card to my understanding.

Gift Card / Rebate
I am unable to sign into my account at myprepaidcenter.com. There's no help to be found. The gift card that was sent a part of a rebate will not activate. It gives an error message saying we cannot activate this card. So I can't sign into the account and I cannot activate this card. Is this company legit or some random scam to make people think they'll get a rebate?
Desired outcome: Activate my card and give me access to my account. I should have $75 on the card itself.

Pre paid cards
I received 2 cards and activated both . They are showing a zero balance. This happened once before and I had to dispute the charges. I finally got a new card but it TOO has a zero balance. Following cards are: [protected]. 8/23 exp. 991 on back. And. [protected]. 9/23. Exp and 663 on back. PLEASE provide 2 replacement cards for 8 each

Stolen money
I had a prepaid card from Swagbucks and basically, it's not giving me the money or someone took it because when I went to access the card it's like it had already been used or someone was in my email or something and I did not make a purchase on there but I purchase was made this precious was made March 11th I got the card on March 9th according to when they sent it I did not make this purchase and I would like a refund

Card not received, waiting over 3 months
I have been contacting them since December. On January after getting several deposits from my company they finally sent a reloadable card on January 3rd then 5 days later they blocked it and resent one one Jan 8 without having to. It’s already march 3 and I haven’t had access to my money. At this point it’s over 600 and nothing can be done no one is helping and when I call they’re careless. I was supposedly transferred to a supervisor in a different country that clearly gave me a false name. And did not want to file a claim.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to transfer my funds or get my card expedited.

Can't sign up - can't redeem my giftcard
I'm trying to sign up to their service but i always get redirected to the home page and the codes provided in emails DON'T work, I tried to redeem my code without any luck so i thought signing up would fix it nope.
I tried on both firefox and google chrome.
I screenrecorded all of my attempts in case my redeem code gets rejected and i would be mad if i lose that giftcard

Equifax Breach Prepaid Settlement Card
Received email that the settlement for the Equifax Data Breach was now available to access and activate. I followed all directions to set up account and activate cards then added cards to my new “My Prepaid Center” account. I signed out of account then tried to sign back in and I keep getting the message, “unable to login, please try again later.” I have tried repeatedly to login and continue to get the same error message.
Desired outcome: Issuance within seven (7) days of physical plastic cards (the two cards added to my account) at no charge. Otherwise, a complaint will be filed with CFPB and my state’s Attorney General’s office, Consumer Protection Division.

Award/debit card information
I am trying to get a balance on a $500 reward card that was issued to me by my company. The card has a statement that says "Funds do not Expire". The expiration date is 7/22. When I call the number and type in the data, it says card is expired and hangs up on me. There is NO Person you can talk to. I just want a balance and a history of what was spent on the card.

This company is a scam
The scam is pretty clear. They will issue a card that will expire and once it expires the funds "disappear." When they issue you the card, the first time you try to use it will be blocked immediatly due to fraudlent activity and by the time you get around to trying to fix it, it will already be expired.
This happened to me, and I never got to use the $100 card I was issued.
These guys are a scam so don't expect to actually use the card if you get one issued by this company.

Blackhawk must be the ones scamming in the first place to deter people from using the card. I’m sure they figure a decent amount of people will forget about it since it’s a gift card and not their actual money. Then, when they “investigate,” and return your funds 5 months later, the card is near expiration and has issues with processing. Many who held on through the scam will give up here. If they don’t give up, don’t worry, Blackhawk has it covered! The card will expire by the time the consumer can get in touch with Blackhawk, which ads another layer of fighting, all for a gift card earned through your company or something. They’ll add layers upon layers of prevention to use the card that the majority of people will give up, and Blackhawk won’t have to pay out. Such a great business model.
Gift Card
First after getting this card I had all of my funds deducted as someone used it on Roblox. After months of trying to get the funds restored I finally did. Now I go to use it and it doesn’t work… anywhere. I even tried to buy a virtual Amazon gift card just to get the funds off the card and see if anything would work but that didn’t work either. The card is pretty much useless.
