Card expired but their site doesn’t provide any instructions and impossible to get in touch with an agent
My activated cards expired in 2021 and May 2022. Multiple times I tried to get in touch with their customer service with no luck. The last time I called was 09/17/2022. I was put on hold and then disconnected.
The website has zero instruction for this particular case. There’s a line on the cards « Funds never expire ». They maybe not but I can’t access them either.
Desired outcome: Get my cards reissued with new expiration dates or get the refund mailed to me.
Never received replacement card
Ordered replacement card 8/22. Was told 7-10 business days for replacement card, but can take up to 30days. Was notified on 9/14 that was card was being used and i still have yet to receive a replacement card. Called customer service spoke to 3 different people. Was told my card would be expedited. This company needs to be closed. Customer service is usless.
Desired outcome: SEND MY CARD AND REFUND FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION
Website down, unable to activate cards
Purchased 4 tires from Tire Store. Received two prepaid debit cards as customer reward for tire purchase in the amount of $100 & $50 and upon receipt I followed the activation instructions on the debit card. Upon accessing the web site (MyPrepaidCenter.com - ACTIVATION REQUIRED) a blank page comes up. I attempted to access the site multiple time with same results, ALSO tried calling to Activate with message saying the sight it down.
Desired outcome: Would like to have my Gift Cards activated!
activating the prepaid card
First, it took over 6 months to receive the card. Once received, I tried to activate it (on 9/11/2022) both by scanning the code and also by going to the webpage, but the site is down. I wanted to use the card later today but I guess that is not going to happen. And their phones are down also b/c when the number on the back of the card is called, you hear, "we're sorry, our systems are undergoing maintenance at the moment..." and it hangs up on you. I will never order from another company that uses Myprepaidcenter as their rebate company b/c they are not reliable.
Desired outcome: I want the card activated and I want an apology for it taking 6 months to receive the card. I want the company to fix their systems; they should be like all other cards and just have you call a working number to activate the card.
reward prepaid debit card can be used and can't rely on customer service team
I can't use prepaid debit card and contact on phone since Jun 23th '22 and then customer service team sent email back to me and provided information to them until Jun 26th'22 and then they sent response back to me that issue was solved by sending new card to me and will take 10-28 business days to receive new card...Then, i followed up again on Aug 10th'22. Customer service responded back to me that it will take another 10 days as shipping address in Thailand.
on Sep 3rd, I sent email to follow up again and they just sent email back to me to ask for additional information...i was so upset as I followed up many times and they responded like they do not even care customer. This is really customer service team why they lied to customer? why they responded without true information. moreover, my card will be expired in Oct'2022 which is very soon.
not sure whether they would like to wait until my card expired or what.
Desired outcome: I just want my reward card...the new card can be used. I don't request additional thig to you..just mine.
cannot access my claim code j8kv7fcy9g5z. [protected]@hotmail.com
My order date was June 24, delivery July1 and is showing processed. I entered the code but could not access it. I tried re entering the code but would it said already used. Nothing since.
Desired outcome: I would like to know how to retrieve my card, virtual or preferably actual by mail. My address is #315, 18012 95 Ave , Edmonton, AB, T5T 5Z2 Canada
Digital gift card expiration date & balance
I forgot I had this digital Mastercard gift card I got from doing a survey/questionnaire in the past year or 2, but it's digital so I never got a way to save it where I can remember & use it. All I could do was print a screenshot of the screen when I claimed the card and didn't make an account for it at that time. It's almost 4 months past the Exp date on it now but I have no idea what the balance is, I can't enter it in my account at Prepaidcenter.com (only reason I made 1), and their main way to "contact" them there is by air mail or 1-800 numbers which very likely are only to check the balance &/or activate the card. I read through the FAQ page... most of the "answers" were to "contact us" or 1 (remember I don't have a physical card) says to "While still at the point of sale, ask the merchant to call Cardholder Services at the toll-free number on the back of the Card." (doesn't apply to me), and to retrieve info of the card like number or exp date: "If you have not associated your card to a profile, please visit our Contact Us page." Just making us go in useless circles on the site.
I just want to have the expiration date updated because I haven't used it or all of it yet... I can't even know the balance because I can't add it to the "My Cards" area because that part of site doesn't accept "expired" gift cards.
Desired outcome: I would like the expiration date to be updated to 2023 so I can still use it, and a way online to view the balance or number used just to check the balance.
I received my debit card and the tracking number is not correct an I cannot activate the card
I received my Kia Visa card with a phone number and tracking number. When I call and give the information requested they refuse to activate the card..I believe the tracking number is not correct because in the past it only had nine numbers and this tracking number has ten numbers.
They say if I want to talk to some one press one and when I do they hang up
Reward Debit Card
I received a prepaid debit card as a promotional gift for attending a Marriott Time Share Presentation at the Marriott Grand Vista, 5925 Avenida Vista, Orlando, FL 32821, [protected]. I was given in exchange for participating a $150 gift card. AllGuest Reward [protected], Exp. 04/22. I was not informed of the short expiration time frame. More importantly, I am aware of, In 2009, Congress passed the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act, which set consumer protections for gift cards based on many state laws. The law provides that gift cards cannot expire within five years from the date they were activated and generally limits inactivity fee on gift cards except in certain circumstances, such as if there has been no transaction for at least 12 months. The federal law creates a floor for regulation and leaves room for state regulation on redeeming gift cards for cash and unclaimed property provisions. See The Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009, Public Law 111-24

Desired outcome: I would like access to the funds as agreed to at the time of participating in this time share presentation.
Delta gift card
I received a $1000 gift card as a result of voluntarily agreeing to fly from Atlanta to Johannesburg on Delta 200 24 hours later.
I was sent a link to retrieve the gift card. I selected a virtual card. I understood that I had to retrieve 2 separate vouchers of $500; I received 2 separate emails giving 2 different codes. Both codes led to the same card.
I have managed to retrieve the card number and load the value of $500 onto the card.
I am struggling to redeem the balance of $500 from the second email and load this onto the card.
Please help.
I alo want to see if I cab change the card to a plastic card as virtual cards are not readily useable in South Africa
Many thanks in advance

Desired outcome: The issuing of a plastic card with the value of $1000 on it
Prepaid debit card
I received (2) prepaid Debit cards issued by MyPrepaidCenter.com as a "thank you for donating blood" from the Blood Connection. Both cards show that the "funds do not expire" but the expiration date is 12/20. I tried to use the cards today only to be notified by a customer service agent that the funds have expired. Turns out there is a $3.99 fee charged each month until nothing is left. There is NO SUCH wording on the card. The cust svc rep indicated "it was included with the paperwork". As info — I didn't receive any paperwork, it was a GIFT FOR DONATING BLOOD! Therefore, I have no recourse to get replacement cards. What an incredibly crappy way to conduct business. I will be filing a BBB complaint as well as contacting the parent company Metabank
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of both cards
Expired card never used
I was given a visa prepaid card as a gift and totally forgot I had it but my mother , who has since passed away paid for it but it has expired. I'm hoping to get a replacement card ...I should not lose the money ...it was a $40 card. Your company has received the money and it was never used and it was a Birthday gift that my mother paid for to me
Desired outcome: I would like a replacement card for $40
Prepaid Mastercard Debit Card
I have been trying to use this card for months. It does not work anywhere. The amount I've tried to use it for is always than the value on the card, but it will still not work! I am so very frustrated by this whole process and will never use this company again. If someone offers me another card through them, I will ask for something else even if the value they offer is far less. It's better than having something that doesn't work at all like this!
Desired outcome: They need to pay me out or make my card work
myprepaidcenter.com for discount tire
It would be much easier if more time was given to redeem card value. It is not easy to use compared to a normal debit card. Just found card (misplaced), and it just expired so 70 dollars gone, no way to extend it or get some value out of it. I wish discount tire could use a more reputable way for rebates. I expect discount tire gets some of the money back or "discount" buying these cards.
Desired outcome: At least some of the value less there penalty fee. Though I would be surprised.
Horrible system!
I need to activate cards to be able to use
I received 2 Visa Debit from MyPrepaidCenter.com in the amount of $15 each. When trying to activate each one I get the message "Your security information s incorrect or your card may already be active". Tried activating both cards today 06-20-22 about 2:30 pm cst. Both cards were sent to me and received last week. Received after buying 2 boxes of NexGard as reward. I cannot activate either card. Betty Amador
NexGard
I received 2 prepaid cards in the mail. On the front of each card it says to go to MyPrepaidCenter.com to activate. I have done this an put in the card number an when it asks for the expiration date I put that in an it says the date is expired. How can this date be expired when it hasn't arrived yet? 11/22. This is the expiration date on the front of each card. I can't activate my cards. Thank you
Desired outcome: Please fix this expiration date so I can activate my cards.
Debit Mastercard
Received my gift card, recorded all of the information and even used a greater portion of the card a few months ago. Tuesday June 7th at 11:30am when I tried to used the remaining $5.43 to make a partial payment on some shoes at New Balance.com, my card was rejected. My information says the card is good through January 2023.
Desired outcome: Please re-issue a new card for the balance unused of $5.43.
Website and phones are down
Cannot activate my card because the website and phones are down.
Desired outcome: I would like to activate my card.
Card does not work
I received this card after purchasing a certain medication for my pets. The card gets declined whenever I attempt to use it. I tried their website but have only ever gotten a blank white screen so cannot use it. I tried their phone number, entered all of the cards info, and at the end was told by the robot response that their was an error and the call was ended.
If you are thinking of using this company to reimburse your customers, please don’t. I will be contacting the medication company after this review to get a new payment, so they will have to sort things out with this awful card company. This hassle has soured my view on the medication company for choosing this card issuer.
Desired outcome: New card that works or a check for the balance
$50 Reward Mastercard Debit card from Smith & Wesson
After receiving the card I logged onto the myprepaidcenter.com, entered the card number, expiration date and security number. I was then asked to solve a puzzle to prove I was a real person. After many attempts I have determined the puzzle will not accept the correct answers. If I go slow is starts all over again and says to go faster.
This is nonsense. I need to talk to someone that can verify this card!
Desired outcome: I want the card activated.
I am having the same difficulty passing the I am not a robot test. I have played it for about an hour and a straight And can I cannot seem to get through. I then found that you can switch to an audio test which I can please after several minutes of listening to very boring bits of Music To tell it which is the saddest song. I complete the test it says it's working processing and then it kicks me back to the test it says there's an unusually high volume of this test being used. G. I wonder why because the other test sucks I don't think there is any possible way to solve either 1 of these I think this is a big scam I want my mastercards
