I provided all season tires to change from my winter tires. I am not an expert and got the wrong specifications. The Mr Lube at Harbour Landing in Regina did not do their due diligence t make sure that those were the right tires. I pay not only for the service but also their expertise and they failed me. Not only that but the danger that put me and other road users. I drove home with those tires but came back the very same day because something was obviously wrong. I asked them to take a look and they still could not find the issue. I had to ask them to look for a third time before they found the issue. By this time, I have spent over 5 hours at this place. The most frustrating part was they asked me to pay again for them to change the tires back to the original winter tires.
Claimed loss: My claimed loss is the time and money I spent at this place. I waited in queue a total of 3 times. Each time taking close to an hour. I would also like to claim a loss for the money I spent on the service.
Desired outcome: I would like to claim back the additional, approximate $83.00 I spent to change the tires back to the original at the very least. Best option is a 70% refund for the tire change.
