Poor Customer Service Experience with MoparPartsGiant - A Disappointing Purchase and Return Process
I recently made a purchase of an O2 sensor from MoparPartsGiant. It took a bit longer than I expected for the part to arrive at my house, but it finally made it after 7 days. Unfortunately, when I received it, I was disappointed to find out that it was the wrong part. I immediately contacted their customer service to complain about the error.
However, the way they have handled the situation is not impressive. Instead of being helpful, they are giving me the run around and making it difficult for me to return the part. It seems like they are not running their business professionally at all. It's quite disappointing that they are acting like babies despite being a business.
Honestly, it feels like they never grew out of being breastfed because of how childish their behavior is. It's almost like they are trying to act like Donald Trump with the way they are running their business.
Overall, it's a shame that MoparPartsGiant is giving their customers such poor service. I hope they can learn from their mistakes and improve their customer service, or they will continue to lose business over time.
Beware of MoparPartsGiant: Sent Wrong Part, Charged for More & Gave Half Credit!
I placed an order for a chip key for my beloved PT Cruiser by providing its part number to MoparPartsGiant. However, when I received the order, I was appalled to find out that they had sent me a non-chip blank key instead. They had also charged me for a chip key and slapped a $20.00 shipping and handling fee on it.
I certainly did not appreciate the mix-up and the unnecessary charges that came with it. To make matters worse, upon contacting them, they only gave me a credit for half the amount I was charged, and I was even charged a handling fee for the error THEY made. What a bunch of incompetent amateurs!
I've been dealing with car part vendors for more than 45 years, and I've never encountered such an outrageous and unprofessional service like this! Incredibly, they had the audacity to charge an incredulous shipping and handling fee of $20.00 for a blank non-chip key. What a bunch of crooks!
I ended returning the part via regular U.S. mail, which cost me a meager 50 cents only. What a ripoff! I strongly caution you against using the services of these swindlers. You would do well to avoid them at all costs!

They didn't want to hear my excuses and I ended up spending $8 to ship the part back to them so they could send me the correct part.
Due to their mistake, I lost two days of work and $250 in income, all because they couldn't be bothered to double-check their packing slip. I felt like I was the bad guy in this situation when it was all their fault.
