Mr. Lube Canada review: Oil change where the skid plate wasn't properly re-attached.

Went for Oil Change and Undercoating on Nov. 17th at 593 Broadway St., Tillsonburg ON. I hardly used my car during that week until I had to travel on the 22nd whenI had to travel to Guelph. While on the off-ramp, a scrapping sound was coming from underneath my car. When I pulled over to investigate, the skid plate was hanging down attached by only a few bolts at the back of the plate. I immediately called Mr. Lube in Tillsonburg and told them what had happened and that I wanted this plate to be replaced at no cost to me. I was told to follow-up with them on Monday. I managed to get to a Mr. Lube in Guelph where they removed the one bolt that was left of the skid plate. I returned with the crumpled-up plate to the Tillsonburg location on the 24th. The technicians had no idea what had transpired and informed me that the manager would contact me - which he eventually did. He assured me that the plate would arrive withing 3-5 business days. On day five, when I hadn't heard anything, I called (29th). The Tech stated that he had no way of tracking when the part would arrive because it was Saturday. The Tech said they would be in touch by Monday to inform me when the part had arrived. It is now early afternoon on Monday, and I have not heard anything from this franchise or from Harsh, the manager.
I have left a VM Mr. Lube Canada with Customer Service giving a general overview of this situation. In 52 years of driving a variety of average and high-performance cars, this is a first!
This issue could have gone horribly wrong had the skid plate completely blown off - not only for the potential damage to my own car, but the other vehicles who were also travelling on the 401 at rush hour! These technicians need to realize that they hold peoples' lives in their literal hands when working on vehicles.
I want this issue resolved at no expense to me, with the correct model of skid plate for my 2019 Honda CRV as soon as possible. Please make this right!
