Morrisons Worst customer service ever after an accident!

My niece slipped on oil/diesel in our local

Morrisons petrol station.

Not had a phone call back once! Got through to Morrisons after 6 attempts waiting for over 45 mins for the man to ask about why we are calling then hangs up the phone!when I ask to speak to a manager! Rude customer service!

She has hurt her back & sprained ankle. Was told she will receive a phone call but still nothing!

I will never use Morrisons again & the whole family is avoiding Morrisons! Another day still not sorted

NOWHERE did it say that the offer was for a total of 20 items. Morrisons Wait time and inability to complete a card payment

Queue in store was very slow. Once at the till there was a problem accepting cards. A lady using till next to mine was being declined and then my Apple Pay was declined twice. Apparently a known issue from till operator and customer behind was commenting this is constant issue with this store. I walked out after wasting my time. No sale for you. I won’t be going back.

Morrisons Petrol station mess

Today I went to the Barry store to put petrol in my car, use the car wash and use the vac and fragrance machine to clean inside my car. When enquiring in the kiosk about the vac machine the member of staff said ‘sorry it’s a little messy over there’ meaning she was aware of how bad the situation was. When I drove to the machine I was absolutely disgusted - people have thrown litter out of their cars and left it all over the road and surrounding the machine. It was so bad I couldn’t get my car close enough to use the vacuum properly. Although this mess has clearly been made by members of the public, it is disappointing that staff knew and hadn’t cleared it to. Pictures attached below.

Morrisons Sale of disposable vapes

I've just visited my local Mcolls in Bingley and notice you've placed a very large display for disposable vapes taking up a significant amount of floor space in an already over crowded space.They are non recyclable, environmentally toxic and bad for our young people s health. The store now looks like vaping is its most important product. Given Morrisons was one of the first supermarkets to promote plastic free veg why on earth create an even bigger problem with disposable vapes. They are fast becoming the scourge of the neighbourhood. I've picked up 3 this morning.

Morrisons Air conditioning has not been fixed in my local morrisons daily.

I live in Dursley Road, Trowbridge and was horrified to find out that my local store on the same road hasn't had any air conditioning for a couple of weeks.

I went into the shop to buy a bar of chocolate and when I picked it up it was very soft and had melted in the packet, of course I didnt buy said item and walked out realising that most of the perishable goods in the shop would now be wasted and not fit for sale.

I will not be going back into the shop until this has been resolved and will be sharing my findings on social media.

Morrisons Staff bagging marked down products.

On Monday 14th August around 12.10 in the afternoon I had gone to a small Morrisons store in Ipswich Suffolk at the shopping centre Sailmakers, the Morrisons store looks out on the main bus station in Ipswich.

As I walked in and walked round to the fridges where the fresh meats are kept to have a look, two Morrisons staff were standing there one was marking down packets of meat, a packet of mince and diced beef and giving it to the other worker who was putting it straight into her bag. As I stood there they both stopped but didn't move out of the way. I could see two whole fresh chickens on the bottom shelf at the back if the fridge As I went to take one a lady wanted to get passed me with a buggy, in doing so I had to walk to the top of the Isle to let her pass as I turned round the same Morrisons worker priced down the chickens and handed them both to the other worker who put them in her bag.

I thought this was extremely unfair and unprofessional.

I don't normally complain, but this has been on my mind since as I feel customers who could have really done with these products and could have helped feed someone or a family who are struggling at the moment.

The Morrisons worker who bagged the products went to the till to pay and stood behind me in the queue. She then helped a lady at the till and said out loud "still working on my break" which made me think the two staff had worked together to price down and bag the products on her break.

It made no sence for the products to be marked down in the middle of the day and not given the customers a chance to buy what's on offer, I can understand if the store was closing and the staff could then buy what's left, but I do feel the two Morrisons staff abused there position in order to get half priced products.

Morrisons Online delivery service from Norwich Branch

For a long time now I have had lots of issues with my delivery, for example today I received my delivery which was for 5 days meals, three of them have tomorrows dates on them and 2 the next day, how on earth is that any use to me.

Tobacco always goes missing off the delivery despite saying they are there when they are not or they say out of stock when in fact they cannot be bothered to go the booth and collect them.

I have had so many issues with yourselves especially with dates I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere Friends and family thinking the same thing. My delivery pass runs out on the 16th of this month and don't think I will be renewing it. As despite complaints by email you have never come back to me to resolve any of the issues. If I do not hear back I will take my business to Tesco or Sainsbury.

Desired outcome: Sort out your branch for a start clearly the manager needs more training as does his/her picker staff. Refund of the some of the meals that only have a day left on them.

Morrisons Delivery van damaging my garage.

On the 28th of May a delivery driver reveresd into my garage damaging the drainage and roof.

This has been caught on security cameras and witnessed by the person Morrisons was delivering too.

Have contacted morrisons customer care through resolver case number RES10581852.

I initially put down the incorrect delivery address. The delivery address was number 94 not 92.I only moved in the month before the incident.

I have also spent hours on the phone trying to get to customer services. Each time I am told my details has been passed to your insurance company and will be in contact with me within two weeks. Its is now August and I still hadn't heard from them. This is causing me undue stress after recovering from lung cancer.

Desired outcome: Pay to have the damage fixed and for my lost time I cannot get back trying to sort this out. Also the stress it's causing me.

Morrisons Too good to go

Purchased a too good to go bag. I've purchased bags every day and always get a message the following morning informing me they have nothing available. I actually went last week to be told at the counter they didn't have any bags available but they had forgotten to send the message out. Today has been the first day in a matter of months they've actually had a bag for me and I was very disappointed to find my bag just had bread buns and a baby gem lettuce. That's it! Buns and lettuce! There's absolutely no way this would be worth £10 full price, unless bread is now more expensive per gram than gold.

Desired outcome: Just more availability and a varied bag actually worth at least the price paid for it.

Morrisons Service

Just been in the store in Newport Isle of Wight.

I want to complain about the lady that served myself and my mum. Her name was Diana on till 3 at 15.25 on the 1/08/23.

She was so busy chit chatting with the lady she was serving who was 2 customers in front of us. A queue of 3 other customers were behind us. There were only 3 tills open.

The woman being served had finished packing her shopping and the packing area was clear the lady on the till Diana, continued chatting to the lady she had finished serving. The woman in front of me was getting impatient and muttering so I spoke to Diana and said “Excuse me but there is a large queue forming” she ignored me and carried on chatting. When she finally finished her conversation she turned to me and said that the lady she was talking to was ill and she was not going to rush her. I would like to point out that I have no issue with the lady being served but Diana should of been aware of the queue forming. The lady in front of me could of had her shopping scanned and paid for if she had been quicker. My mother has a walking stick and finds shopping difficult so having to stand for an extra 5 mins for Diana to finish chatting to someone is not ideal. I found her slow and lacking in customer service abs actually quite rude.

Morrisons Truck driver on motorway

Hey.

I was driving on the motorway near Welcome Break Services at Woodall and a Morrisons Truck firstly changed lane by pulling directly in front of my sister leading her to quickly move into the outer lane to avoid a collision (thankfully the lane was clear for her). And thereafter, pulled along my vehicle and tried to force me into the side barrier. This kind of dangerous and reckless driving isn't befitting of somebody who should be a professional representing Morrisons.

The registration of the Morrisons truck was MV69 KOU. This driver isn't fit for the road and is an accident waiting to happen. He should be removed from the roads for the safety of the public.

Thank you.

Desired outcome: As driver wasn't professional, a disciplinary as he's a danger on the roads as well as being retrained. If not, unfortunately it maybe a matter of time before his ineptitude in regards to being a trucker, is the cause of an accident.

Morrisons Cancelling 6 minutes before collection time

Tuesday 25th of July, I ordered a Food To Go & Deli Surprise Bag from Morrisons order ID is 60HYC98RTDE collection time we’re 7:15 they emailed at 7:09 but I was already there…. I’m not happy wasting my time and petrol to travel there to be told there is not enough surplus. Very disappointed in the service they provide. I would be happy if they sent me a voucher to say sorry because I have seen lots and lots of complaints regarding Morrisons

Morrisons Being overcharged, no-one replying to my emails

I was over charged in your ipswich store 3 weeks ago, I emailed as soon as I returned home, I was told I would receive a reply within 5-7 days but heard nothing. I then emailed again and once again I was told I would get a reply within 5-7. Your customer service is ridiculous, ignoring your customer is awful, as a company you should be ashamed of yourselves

Morrisons A deliveroo order

I placed a Deliveroo order this morning at your Strood Kent store. The order was for Kellogg’s crunchy nut cornflakes, 5 fairtrade bananas and 2 x 4 pints of semi skimmed milk. I was extremely disappointed when the milk and bananas was not in stock, which I find very hard to believe, and no substitute was offered. Had I known that this was the case I would not have placed the order. Whilst I understand that you have no responsibility over Deliveroo I would assume that you would stock staple necessities

Morrisons morrisons points

After a shop for home delivery on 17/7/2023 I was awaiting the associated points attached to the items purchased but no such joy. Morrisons response i should list the items with points and let them know.

I informed them it was the responsibility of Morrisons the retailer to correct the issues not me the shopper, no guarantees given that the same problem wont happen again.

Morrisons Customer service

This morning i spent £120 at Morrisons doxford park,on getting home and checking receipt i saw that my 10,% staff discount had not gone off as it usually with my wife being a ex colleague for 25 year's until Xmas. I rung customer service,waited on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a lady who listened to my complaint before putting me on hold for a further 7 minutes before telling me that there was nothing she could do and to email People services. I told her was unhappy with this response but she said there was nothing she could do even though she had seen my receipt and seen the discount was not taken off

Morrisons Incorrect pricing at till and then what happened

I was at the self service checkout in Morrisons Wimbledon today 13/07/23 at 13:23:27. I wanted to purchase fresh fruit plus milk and fruit juice and to use my More Card Savings on fresh fruit.

I was purchasing Blueberries, bananas, grapes and raspberries. When I scanned the raspberries they appeared on screen at £3.09 despite having a £2.99 sticker on the pack as all the packs of raspberries did for the size I was purchasing. When I queried this the gentleman member of staff helping had to enter a code and manually input the price at £2.99. However, it then showed up not as raspberries but alcohol. I was not happy about this as I said I would not receive the savings due from my More card. He told me there was nothing he could do as he had to input that code and all he could do was cancel my raspberries!

I think this is wrong and you should be able to correct a price properly without my losing my saving. Can you do som thing about this? My more card is:MORRISONS MORE CARD: [protected].

Desired outcome: To get a further fresh fruit saving on my More card so I can get my raspberries with the correct saving.

Morrisons Cancellation of my order.

My order was cancelled the night before it was due to be delivered. I phoned customer service and was told it was something to do with my bank. It was nothing to do with my bank. This has happened before. Not acceptable. I have been a customer for years. Absolutely shocking. No compensation offered. Disgusting.My order was booked for Friday 14 th July and I received cancellation notice on the evening of the 13 th .
