McDonald's review: We want to be refunded the cost of the meals and rides

Hi my husband and I went to the McDonalds in the D hotel resturant # 18964 on 3/3/2023. We were in a rush as we had ordered an uber and it was on the way... The woman taking our order was actually the only good thing a out this restaurant as she was kind, courteous, and actually handling the overwhelming amount of work more then one person should have been responsible for.. (she was a slender blonde Caucasian woman and she deserves a raise... So as we ordered another customer commented to me how they had been waiting for an hour... I asked the worker how long it was gonna take she assured me it was gonna be quick... This is when everything started to get bad! I handed the worker a hundred dollar bill to pay with and all of a sudden a homeless man reached his hand out asking me for money right by the counter... I said no hoping someone would ask this man to leave people alone and not ask for money from customers but no one said a word (being a small female I feared he could get angry that I refused to hand him money and immediately felt uncomfortable. He then lost interest in me and moved on to the next people... after what felt like an hour and by this time my uber who agreed to wait got frustrated and left a (I still had to pay the whole fair) when my flood finally arrived and we sat down we immediately knew it was gonna be bad. I opened my burger and the meat was literally the a joke... the meat was flat as a pancake thin and burned... The condiments were slopped on there and it was basically unedible but I was gonna just eat but then my husband showed me his fries and quarter pounder that was cold and the bun was hard as a rock so he immediately went to return it... I looked down into my orange juice and a bug was swimming around my drink... that was it I said were done this is all unacceptable and we just want our money back.. We obviously weren't gonna eat any replacement food at this place. the worker said he couldn't refund the cash and we would have to cone back the next day to get our refund. So we can either spend 20 bucks each way to uber there to get our refund. my husband decided to take a bus the next day and after spending 5 bucks on a bus pass the workers told him they couldn't do anything for him and he would have to come back again the next day she was EXTREMELY rude... so now this meal we didn't even eat has costed us way too much between the transportation and time wasted.. were on a tight budget and unfortunately the rare occasion we get to go out to have a good time was totally ruined by this experience.
