McDonald's review: Service

The phone goes to a cell phone which is never answered.. Your order is almost always wrong and they don't want to fix it when you take it in, the service is awful it takes forever to get your food if it is even right, and when your on a lunch break the wait is awful.. It needs a new crew and management for this mcdonalds, something needs to be done.. One day it is 1 price the next day it's another and u get the same thing every morning.. This mcdonalds you need to avoid if you want your correct order and the line to move it takes forever then your order is wrong and they don't want to change it out.. Don't call they don't answer and if they do they hang straight back up on you.. The workers don't know if they have glazed donuts or not and the other window tells you they have them but you can't order them from this window then they pull u up to the 3rd window and forget about you and then when they remember you your food is ice cold and nasty and they won't change it out.. It needs all new employees or to be closed down..
