Every Friday, my father stops after picking up his granddaughter from school. He orders the same exact thing. Every single time. 6pc Happy Meal with extra fries instead of apple slices, as well as, a large fry. 9 out of 10 times, there are no extra fries in the box, just nuggets. And every time the price is different. When he finally got so fed up he decided to complain to the manager, she didn't listen to what his complaint actually about, gave no resolve, acted indignant and eaves him off and told him to have a good day as she turned her back to him. This is unacceptable from any of your employees. It is intolerable from your management. This occurrence happened today at approximately 4:45pm. No longer will any member of my family be visiting your establishment again. Would rather spend my money somewhere we actually get what we ordered. And where they actually appreciate the business.

Desired outcome: Change in customer service or management. Whatever is easier and more conducive.
