McDonald's review: Over charging and not getting what I ordered

At about 5 45 PM at the Columbia Hwy location they not only didn’t give me what I ordered but way over charged me. If I don’t get back a full refund for this I will go straight to the management tomorrow. These kids need to start listening and stop trying to avoid the work they are required to do. They didn’t want to give me what I ordered and didn’t want to properly charge me or give me a receipt.

Desired outcome: An apology and a full refund
