I placed an order today on the app and I customized the order to what I wanted and what I could eat. When I picked up my order at the local McDonalds in Troy Alabama I did not get my customized order. I wanted 2 egg McMuffins with no butter and no muffin. I did not get this. I also did not get the 4 extra caramels in my iced coffee. I don't understand that if I was charged and customized an order and it showed up correctly on the app and my ticket but it was not given to me that way. I did not have time to go in the restaurant to get them to fix the order. The staff needs to be careful when fixing orders.
