I was trying to order in the drive through lane and the order taker said something I could not understand. I ask him to repeat it and I still could not understand him. I repeated what I thought he said. I then heard him laughing and making fun of me to other workers. I was so shocked and angry that I told him that I was leaving and he told me to “[censored]” off.

I have patronized this McDonald’s since 1995 when I moved to Crestwood, MO. Over the last 7 years the quality of the food and service has plummeted.

I searched the internet to find out who owns this McDonalds to no avail.

Desired outcome: I wanted to order something to eat.
