McDonald's review: Incorrect order

My drive- thru drink order was incorrect. I politely explained at the pickup window that I had ordered 1 large sweet tea and 1 large Dr.Pepper, not 2 large Dr. Peppers. The young lady roughly asked for one of the Dr. Peppers back and made me a sweet tea. After she had the sweet tea ready, instead of giving it to me, she said that I needed to pull up to the yellow line and wait for someone to bring it out to me. I asked her why I needed to pull up to the yellow line when she already had the tea ready. She again said I needed to pull up to the yellow line and wait for someone to bring it out to me. I told her I would not pull up when she already had the tea ready. She then practically shoved the tea at me. I then called to speak with a manager who interrupted me while voicing my complaint and he said that he told her to tell me to pull up to the yellow line. He refused to tell m his name and rudely hung up on me. What is going on here! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
